Caleb was incredible. We first sold our condo with him, and were successfully in getting the higher price that we wanted. Caleb always had our best interest in mind (price, show times, how the market was doing). He handled everything, and made selling extremely easy. After selling we bought a house with Caleb’s help. Again, he helped us get exactly what we were looking for under our budget. He was extremely knowledgeable of details for every listing and things to consider given the year the house was built/conditions. He actively looked for houses for us, giving us recommendations, scheduled viewings as soon as possible and responded within the hour to any request (weekdays or weekends). Caleb really cared about finding the best home for us and was our partner in the entire process. We are extremely grateful that we had him as our real estate agent.
