There really isn't enough I can say about the service we received from Joel. We tested the market in June even though our set closing date was November 30th and with one offer that didn't go through he recommended we taking it off the market and try again in September. Within a couple of week of doing that we had an offer and sold within a few days. We were so happy. He even took into consideration that he was going on vacation and added another realtor to take care of the deal while he was away. Steve was fantastic and the transition was so smooth. They are so professional and wonderful to work with, we cannot say enough amazing things about them. We highly recommend them, over and over again.
