Khalid is a wonderful guy and a very professional agent. His super friendly style throughout the sale made us so comfortable. He addressed all our requests promptly because we were so panic with the pandemic, but he him self, his team and all the buyer visitors followed the covid protocols very carefully. That was in the last winter and I didn’t expect a good price but I got more than 10 offers in a week and more than 50 visitors . Surprise, house was sold 63k over asking. It was amazing experience.
