My place's location is all I wanted in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a nature sanctuary literally just out the back of the property. All the interior fixtures are top notch. The interior only requires my touch to complete. ALL questions I posed to Nicole were answered in a timely, accurate and friendly fashion. She was also instumental in suggesting an inspector for the property as well as a good insurance agent. I'd be be more than likely to recommend Nicole to any buyer/sellers.
