Where to start... Tracy is incredible. Period. A tight budget and a long wish list in a volatile market. What better time to buy a house right? I could not have asked for a better person by my side trudging through the rain and snow across tiny southern Alberta towns into basements that make Blair Witch seem inviting. Tracy was with me every single step of the way. Every panic attack, idea, what ifs and how can I's, Tracy was there. Despite my small budget, Tracy treated me as if I was the only client she had. Texting, calling and being available at all hours… she was honest, extremely knowledgeable and worked magic to both sell my apartment and get me a house that has every single item on my wish list.
