Selling while being based on another continent 12 hours ahead of Eastern Time is challenging in itself. Selling a large condo in a market impacted by COVID added to the challenge. Through all the challenges though the one constant was the positivity and accessibility of Michael. He made sure my wife and I were honestly appraised about the potential difficulty of the sale but also provided sound advice on how to stage the property. He was always available for a call even though the timings would have been a challenge given the time difference and we never once felt he wasn't listening. When it came time to make an offer, Michael really shined. We were competing with other buyers, but his communication skills and industry knowledge got our bid accepted, despite the seller receiving higher offers.
