Mark Dana was only interested in the quick sell of the property , he was not interested in getting the best price for the customer and the customer was not his priority in this sell . This home was only on the market for a couple of hours when an investor made an offer on it and wanted a reply back by the end of that day. I was grieving the loss of my husband to Covid a few weeks prior and I was also recovering from Covid and a terminal brain tumour surgery . So I totally put my whole trust in Mark Dana for the direction and the sell of my property .When I had time to heal and think about the situation I was greatly disappointed in his counsel and advice . - Nancy Wall
