Amber van den Broek

Amber and team are the best in Winnipeg. I have had several agents in the past and will not use another team. They are all kind, sincere, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Amber kept the original needs and wish list front and centre with direct, respectful questions and observations. So pleased. Will not hire another agent Amber is the best.

Amber came to our interview and every subsequent conversation / interaction with joyous energy, professionalism and solid market knowledge. Her counsel was invaluable. 100% recommendation of Amber and team.

Amber did a fantastic job in selling our home. Her presentation was "out of this world" good. She is professional, knowledgeable, talented and personable. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish!!

Amber was very helpful leading us through the whole buying process. She showed us many places, some more than once and was very patient with us. Amber was always available and receptive to our needs.

I’ve now both purchased and sold a home with Amber, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, I followed her advice closely, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. Her market knowledge, strategy, and guidance made a real difference throughout the process. I also used the lawyer she recommended during my most recent transaction, and the entire experience was seamless. Amber’s systems and processes are incredibly effective, and her responsiveness is second to none. I felt supported and informed throughout. Amber is also genuinely a wonderful person! Her thoughtful gesture of making a donation after the sale of our home was a reflection of the kind of care and integrity she brings to her work. I would recommend Amber and her team without hesitation, again and again!

It was a great experience listing and selling my home with Amber. Hopefully I wont be moving again soon after this sale... but I know who I'll call to be my relator when I do!

AMBER VAN DEN BROEK AND ASSOCIATES WERE TRUE PROFESSIONALS IN SELLING MY CONDO. THE SALE WAS COMPLETED IN A SHORT PERIOD AND MET THE SELLING PRICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMBER AND HER TEAM TO ACT AS A PERSON'S REALTOR

Working with Amber van den Broek was the best decision we made in our home-buying journey. Over the course of 22 months, Amber showed that she is not only incredibly experienced but also deeply honest and ethical. This current housing market is wild, it’s easy to get caught up in this world and Amber isn't afraid to 'give it to you straight.' She was always realistic about whether we had a genuine shot at a house and never hesitated to point out red flags—like poorly executed flips or subpar workmanship. We truly felt she had our best interests at heart; she won't let you buy a house that isn't right for you. Our search was unique, requiring Amber to perform over 160 “pet and smoke free checks” before we even booked a viewing. She remained patient and knowledgeable throughout, answering every question we had. After 33 showings and 3 heartbreaking unsuccessful bids, her encouragement kept us going when it all felt impossible We also want to give a huge shout-out to her incredible team, Kristy and Erika, who stepped in seamlessly whenever our schedules required it-we love them as well! We are finally in our new home, and while we are thrilled, we’re actually a little sad we won’t be seeing her regularly anymore—that’s how much of an impact she made on us. If you want a Realtor who is a straight-shooter, highly skilled, and genuinely kind, Amber is the one! Thank you, Amber, for your patience, your drive, your kindness, the laughs, and for helping us find our home!

Amber was extremely helpful, involved and dedicated throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond in helping get ready for the sale; during the sale; and even after the sale was complete. The video amd advertising was highly professional and extremely well done. There was much problem solving involved , which was done efficiently and effectively! I felt that Amber was personally invested throughout. I would highly recommended Amber as your real estate agent if you are looking for personal, professional, and excellent service!

I have had the joy and privilege to work with Amber to both sell and purchase a home. From the beginning Amber demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism and she genuinely cared for my need to truly find a home I would love to live in! I would highly recommend Amber Van Den Broek for anyone who is interested in buying or selling. She goes above and beyond at every stage of the process, she ensures all the details are taken care of and along the way we shared many laughs in my search for the perfect place for me. I very rarely write reviews, but I felt truly compelled to share my experience with Amber. Working with her has meant so much to me, she didn’t just help me buy and sell a house; she helped me find a true home. Amber’s genuine care, dedication, and unwavering support made this journey memorable, and to me, she has set a new gold standard in real estate. I am deeply grateful for everything she did, and my heartfelt thanks go out to her and her team for making such a positive difference in my life.

My experience with Amber was 10/10. I reached out to her with a very tight timeline to sell my property, and from the start she was on top of everything. We met quickly, she explained the entire process clearly and in detail, and I always knew exactly what the next steps were and what to expect. Amber’s advice was spot on. She knew what was worth cleaning or fixing and what wasn’t worth the time given the timeline, which saved a lot of stress. She recommended staging, arranged great photos, and even created a personalized video for the listing, which really helped it stand out. The property sold over asking price, and closed within three weeks, during the holiday season. I can confidently say this was because I used Amber's services. Amber was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Everything about the experience was smooth, efficient, and well thought out. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Amber was amazing from start to finish. Helped keep the process fun and seamless. She always provided us detailed next steps and answered all our questions along the way. Highly recommend her expertise and kind heart for your real estate needs

Amber helped us find our home in 2019 and we asked for her help again when we had to sell it in 2025 when we left the province. She was incredible both when we were buying and when we sold. She is both knowledgeable and approachable, often going above and beyond her job to help us with both transitions. She also offered a lot of very helpful advice when we were selling which resulted in a sale price far beyond what we were expecting. I would recommend her to anyone.

Amber was referred to my husband and I by family. She was excellent to work with. Her knowledge of the current market, her professionalism, and her attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We got excellent advice throughout the sale of our home, we highly recommend her. Chris & Bill MacKay

We were so lucky to have Amber referred to us by family. She led us down the path to selling our home from marketing to staging to setting the offers day. She made us feel confident and gave us so much helpful advice. We would recommend her to anyone for buying or selling their home. She knows how to make your home appear at its finest and able to finish the deal in short fashion. Also a very lovely person to deal with. You couldn’t go wrong having her be your agent.

Amber was very helpful and kind at every stage of the process. This was my first time buying a home so I had a lot of questions and didn't know what to expect. Amber was an excellent guide and helped me connect with a mortgage broker and inspector and lawyer to get me successfully to possession day. I am excited to move in to my new condo and would definitely look to work with Amber again when I'm ready to graduate to a next place in the years to come.

From the beginning to the end of the home selling process, we had a fantastic experience working with our real estate agent, Amber. Early in the process she provided us with informative booklets that clearly outlined what to expect when selling a home and the steps to take after a sale—something we found incredibly helpful as first-time home sellers. Amber was friendly, approachable, and honest throughout the entire process. She answered our many questions thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand, never making us feel uncomfortable for asking if we didn't understand something. Her communication was outstanding—she was always quick to respond whenever we needed clarification or advice. What stood out the most was how well Amber backed up her estimates with clear data and reasoning. It is easy to see how well she understands the market and it's ebbs and flows. She also had excellent recommendations for other professionals we needed, including stagers and real estate lawyers, which made the whole process even smoother. We truly have nothing but great things to say about Amber. She made a potentially stressful experience feel manageable and even enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be recommending her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Amber was sensational with both helping me find my new home, and selling my condo!! The consideration, care and support not only from Amber but from her whole team including Kristy and Erika was fantastic!! It’s hard to find the words of appreciation that I have for all of these women! Amber always answered questions promptly and often outside of “business hours”. The availability provided to go and look at new homes was always met, and encouragement when a couple bids on homes were near misses. I’m so grateful for all of the extra care with staging while selling one home, and then the assistance with home inspections and being welcomed to my new home on possession day in my new home. It also speaks volumes that when going to open houses agents would light up when I would say who I was working with. They are loved by all! And now I really do “Love where I live” thanks to these beauties!! Thank you so much again for all that you did and all that you do! You’re one in a million!

Amber is an amazing realtor! We have worked her to sell two houses and buy one house over the years. She is knowledgeable, responsive, extremely hardworking and professional. I highly recommend working with her.

Amber successfully shepherded us through the search and purchase. We had a short timeline and Amber made it happen. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a home to purchase. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Why work with one realtor when you can have the pleasure of working with three? Amber and her team were a dream to work with they are flexible, responsive, and always ready to show multiple listings without any scheduling issues. As a first-time homebuyer navigating this competitive market, I appreciated Amber's knowledge and, most of all, her honesty. She never sugar-coated things, and that helped me set realistic expectations. There were definitely moments in the process that felt overwhelming, but Amber encouraged me to keep looking and I’m so glad she did, because the house I ended up buying was one of those “just one more” viewings! I've already recommended Amber to friends that were also successful in the purchase of their first-home, and I know without a doubt she’ll be my agent again in the future. But for now, I’ll be soaking up the summer in my new sunroom. Dank je wel, Amber for everything!

Amber is so easy to work with! She is so knowledgeable, kind, and organized. She offered great advice and even helped me with the staging of my house by providing pictures and a fake tree to help make my basement look better. She's the best!

I cannot say enough positive things about Amber. We worked with her for both the selling and buying of a couple of our properties over the last few years. Amber helped with everything. We were coming from another province and Amber helped with recommendations of every sort - from landscapers to cleaning crews, and of course, staging . She is so thoughtful and kind. And so hard working and efficient. We never felt any pressure throughout the entire process. We cannot say enough good things about her.

My wife and I didn't know anything about getting a house when we first met with Amber but she was great at helping us step by step through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable about what to look for in a house and helped us watch out for potential issues. Amber and her team made the intimidating process of buying a house a smooth and enjoyable process. So much so that my wife and I talked about missing seeing Amber every weekend after we had moved in to our new place.

Amber was just a delight to have as an agent. She arranged for a great video ( which she spoke about my condo) along with very well done photos of my condo and had them printed up to show other agents and buyers. I had so many questions which Amber responded to immediately and constantly reassured me when I was worried it wasn’t going to sell as it needed a lot of wor.k. Her predictions were spot on and I was thrilled when she found a buyer and sold it at a price I thought was very fair. I would highly recommend Amber and her team for anyone looking to sell their home as she really does look after her clients well and even when away for a week she still kept in constant touch. Amber is a beautiful woman both on the inside but also in appearance where she has a friendly, but professional aura surrounding here. I truly couldn’t have wished for a better agent and I trusted her completely. Great job Amber and thank you so much for being you.❤️

Amber was an amazing agent to work with! Her deep and exceptional expertise in the market was evident from our first meeting. Amber always went above and beyond, making the process smooth and stress-free. If you are looking for a phenomenal agent who understands the local market for both buying and selling i highly recommend Amber!

Amber was incredible with the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. We had planned to put our house up BEFORE I had our daughter (I was heavily pregnant). When she came early, Amber knew we needed our house up and sold before coming back home with a newborn and she got the job done! Can’t recommend her and her associates enough!

Amber was phenomenal to deal with, it was my husband and i’s first time purchasing a home and we knew next to nothing coming into this experience. Our initial meeting with Amber was very informative and she walked us through what to expect and the different stages that will come with purchasing your first home, what to look out for, what to avoid, etc. Amber was very patient with our many questions and very accommodating with our showing requests, always answered us very promptly, and had a great deal of knowledge to share with us. She was always super friendly and always had our best interests in mind. Thanks to her, our experience buying our first home was absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend her enough!

Amber is a true professional .She responded immediately at my request and expertly guided us advising what to remove from the condominium and then assisted in staging to best display the attributes of the residence. We kept in close contact regarding showings, agents comments, and problems encountered along the way.

Exceptional REALTOR - Highly Recommend Amber Van Den Broek Amber exceeded expectations in selling our home in Winnipeg. Amber's strategic approach and excellent communication skills resulted in a quick sale at a fantastic price. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Amber to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Amber was an excellent realtor. Without her staging and realtor expertise. We wouldn’t have gotten as many views and offers as we did. We went above and beyond for our goal. She was amazing

Amber was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way, extremely knowledgeable of the entire process, and quick to respond to our many questions. Would highly recommend Amber to anyone looking to purchase their first home like we were!

Amber was an invaluable resource through our purchase and sale process, providing personal and professional service that was truly catered to our needs. She took the time to listen, never pressured, and provided sound, well-informed guidance when we needed it the most. She’s surrounded herself with a talented team that always had our best interests in mind. Their patience allowed us to find our forever home and we couldn’t be happier. Her marketing package was impressive and resulted in a quick sale.

Amber is a great realtor! She was always on top of any questions I had and willing to go the extra mile and advocate for me. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

We found Amber to be knowledgeable, confident, cheerful, reliable, helpful, trustworthy and reassuring. The listing was accurately described, and she has a good way with words. Amber kept us well informed throughout the process. Top notch marks from here!

Amber and Team were the absolute best. Super knowledgeable, responsive and supportive throughout the whole process, Amber was instrumental to us building the life we wanted, and we could not be more grateful. We are so appreciative for all her work and would recommend Amber and team to anyone looking for a realtor.

I could not have asked for a better realtor. Amber’s attention to detail and attention to me is unmatched. As a new homeowner, I had a million questions, she took the time to answer them or find the answer to everything I needed. Amber made everything so easy, she listened to my needs and wants and was sure to warn me about possible issues with each house she showed me. She was honest with her recommendations and did not pressure me - not once! She took the time to get to know me personally and was able to help me to imagine the possibilities of my home. Even after purchase, her attention didn’t stop, she came on possession day and helped me check over the house. She has checked on me since to be sure I still love where I live. Thanks to her and her team - I live in a home I love. I have since engaged her to sell my father’s house (which she did in a week), and will use her for all my future real estate needs! My whole family will too!

Very knowledgeable, available day and night, fast responses to every question we had. She made every step of the way simple and pain free. 10 out of 10. From initial meeting to close was just over a month

Amber is the best! My first and last agent. She better not die or leave the business before I'm done transacting because she is utterly irreplaceable. What a superb combination of professionalism and fun. Amber is knowledgeable and patient. She is responsive and proactive. And honest. Buying my first home was a big decision, the stakes and emotions were high but Amber's steadiness was a salve. She helped me effectively and efficiently navigate a competitive market without getting caught up or off course. 10/10 recommend Amber Van Den Broek!

Amber was absolutely fantastic to work with. She’s professional, very knowledgeable, and always had our best interests at heart. She had a great marketing plan in place when we listed our house; was super helpful with dropping off extra staging items; and just went above and beyond in so many ways as we went through buying and selling. Highly recommend working with her and her team!

Amber was incredibly helpful and I couldn't have had a better experience. She went out of her way to find buyers and the whole process went flawlessly. She was extremely responsive and always there when I needed her.

I had the pleasure of working with Amber to sell my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final closing, Amber was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She provided expert advice on pricing, staging, and marketing, which made all the difference in getting my home noticed by the right buyers. The entire selling process was seamless, thanks to Amber and her teams hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Amber to anyone looking to sell their home. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and efficient. Thanks to her, I sold my home for more than I expected, and I’m incredibly grateful for her expertise and support!

Amber was outstanding throughout the selling and buying process! Super knowledgeable, ultra professional, very helpful, patient and easy to get on with. 100% would recommend hiring her whether buying, selling or both!

Amber was amazing as she educated us on real estate processes in Manitoba (we were from out of province). She shared daily listings with us, within our parameters and was very quick to answer any questions. When we were in town, she ensured that we could see all the houses we were interested in. We found Amber to be very personable, accommodating, attentive and professional. She knows the market inside and out and gave us many good pointers. We would highly recommend Amber.

Amber is fantastic! She works SO hard for each one of her clients. She is knowledgeable, friendly, wicked smart and overall excellent. We cannot wait to work with her in the future. I cannot recommend her more!

Amber is exceptional in her field. Her guidance, knowledge and general approach to helping us find the right home for us was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. She is honnest, hardworking and puts her heart into her profession. I cannot speak highly enough of her and her team. They are a phenomenal team of women who care about connecting people to a real place to call home.

Amber was beyond amazing, as she had lined up several contacts immediately to come to the place and we got several bids much more above asking and yet this was an extremely old house in really bad condition and she did wonders to make us some extra cash. Amber is so knowledgeable and so easy going With incredible contacts that you just feel relaxed and at home with her.

Navigating a home sale during a difficult time in my life felt overwhelming, but Amber was an absolute beacon of hope. She was not only a skilled professional but also a kind, compassionate, and uplifting presence. Amber truly went above and beyond, understanding the emotional challenges I was facing while ensuring every detail of the process was handled with care and efficiency. Her expertise, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference. Thanks to Amber, I was able to transition into the next chapter of my life with confidence and peace of mind. I cannot recommend Amber highly enough for anyone looking for not just a realtor, but someone who truly cares.

Amber is amazing - she is kind, efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, and is there for her clients. This was our first home buy and she guided every step of the way. We always felt comfortable asking her questions and we knew that she cared about what we wanted and had our best interests in mind. With Amber I felt safe, respected, and valued as a client. Amber is truly the best at what she does and I hope to use her again in the future!

Amber helped me sell my family home to down size and buy a smaller home. She is highly skilled at offering advice, feedback, and went above and beyond in helping me get my home ready to sell. She helped me fine tune my search for a new home and get a great house in the process. Amber has a fantastic team and helped me find all the experts needed to purchase a home -bank, inspections, lawyers. Buying a house as a newly single woman can be overwhelming, but Amber ensured she provided timely, supportive and useful information to guide me through the process. Even once the sale was complete, Amber was always there to answer questions, and ensure I was fully informed of next steps. She helped allay any worries I had and professionally and warmly guided me each step of the way. Amber ensured the home I purchased was clean and ready to move in. Thanks Amber!

We were first time home buyers and Amber was the best help we could have hoped for, she was very knowledgeable about the homes in Winnipeg and had a vast amount of experience with the home buying process and with steps needed to be taken after buying a home. Highly recommended to anyone buying or selling.

My Partner and I loved working with Amber. Not only did she guide us through the sale process, but continued to go above and beyond from marketing to suggestions about using a stager and the ROI. The sale of our first home was extremely stressful and time sensitive but Amber didn't break a sweat! House sold within 6 days, over asking price. Very happy customers!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Amber & Team for both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new one. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. Amber was always available to answer my questions and provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. Despite being a rather demanding client with high expectations, Amber handled everything with grace and patience. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that both transactions were handled efficiently and to my satisfaction. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Amber to anyone in need of a reliable and professional realtor.

Amber was recommended by my sister-in-law, and I can see why. She and her husband were very satisfied with her service, and now I understand why. Amber is a very professional agent. She was incredibly patient with us because my husband and I are very picky about the house we wanted. We viewed more than 10 houses, and throughout the process, she demonstrated her extensive knowledge in the field. Whenever we had a question, she answered it in terms we could easily understand. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who's looking for a house.

Amber has been amazing to work with! She was recommended by a friend and we're so glad we took the rec. She is warm, funny, and helpful. By the first day, I knew she was a great pick as she knew the answer to every question we asked about the houses we were viewing and if she didn't have a ready answer, she would immediately call someone to find out. As first time home buyers, she took us through the process with gentle ease, always reminding us of what needed to be done next.

Amber is dedicated to her career as a realtor. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the selling of homes. She explained her responsibilities and also mine..Amber kept me informed about the progress of the sale. She set up meetings with me and was on time. I was sent important documents. I really appreciated the photos and video she posted.A fantastic job..Amber is friendly and supportive.I would recommend her to anyone. She is a gold star realtor. Thanks for everything Amber.

Amber came highly recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad we took the advice! Amber was super professional from beginning to end of the sale of our home which by the way, had never been on the market. Amber started with an easy to follow plan in place and guided us through every step. Amber's team was also exceptional and showed such enthusiasm and professionalism. From realtor open house, cleaning, staging, filming/photos, listing, many showings and even follow up after the sale we would rate Amber a 10 out 5 if we could. We have sold many houses across Canada and never have had the level of service and professionalism that Amber demonstrates. She is caring, always available in the process, friendly and absolutely an outstanding realtor from start to finish. Bravo!

Amber was very welcoming and personable. She was very patient and understanding of our fast timeline and indecisiveness. We ended up buying off-market at the 11th hour, and we are thrilled about both the potential and all the checks-in-the-box this house offers. Amber was also very helpful in bridging the gaps between inspection needs, lawyer requirements, utilities, etc.

It was such a pleasure working with Amber. I trusted her with the direction of the house sale and we did very well as a result . I love the marketing videos that their team make. Such a great way to showcase the house! I’ll be calling Amber again for my next house sale! She did all that I needed and more.

Amber and her team were absolutely amazing!! They made the process of buying our first home fun, not to mention they were all extremely responsive and helpful with our millions of questions. Highly recommend working with Amber and her team!

Amber is an outstanding agent. Throughout our process she was consistently a consummate professional . She was extremely knowledgeable ; honest but diplomatic . We grew more confident , relying on her extensive knowledge base as we made our decisions .She was always accessible and responsive to our queries . She maintained her focus on our needs / dreams and guided us accordingly . and YES … We Do Love Where We Live !! Shirl H. Jul / 24

Amber and her team were amazing! They helped us look through a tons of homes tirelessly until we found the perfect match while guiding us through the whole process. Being first time home buyers we thought this was going to be really difficult but we closed a home in just under 3 weeks thanks to Amber, Erika and Kristy. The whole experience was amazing, really smooth and fast. Thank you for helping us find our forever home!!

I met with a few agents and Amber was the most professional and genuine person. She took the time to show me all the listings in the area and compare them to our home. She listened to our suggestions and was very appreciative of the feedback. She replied immediately to any of our emails and did a wonderful job with her colleague in soft staging our home. The best part is our house sold for much more than other real estate agents quoted us and when the house did sell, Amber was overseas on vacation and made herself available with a 7 hour time change to ensure the offer was in order and accepted. We can't thank her enough!

Amber was exceptional from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgable around all aspects of buying a home. She really listened to me and therefore understood exactly what I was looking for. She consistently responds promptly to my emails and texts. I am so very grateful that she was my Realtor! With her and her team's support and knowledge, I was able to buy the best little house!

To say Amber, Erika and Kristy are the best in the biz is an understatement. The trifecta of real estate lives in this trio. These 3 ladies went above and beyond to get me and my 2 kiddos into a single family home. I am so happy I trusted Amber to find me what I thought would be a 3-5 year plan - and suddenly turned into a forever home. I’ll always recommend Amber, Erika and Kristy to anyone looking to have fun while finding a home to love where you live.

Amber did exactly what my wife suggested in setting up the house for sale. It all worked very well. Amber created an incredible sales video of the house. All my friends that viewed the video were very impressed with the marketing.

From the first time my wife and I met Amber we new she was the agent we were looking for Her confident and calm demeanour was what we looking for Her knowledge of the market and her team did a wonderful job Would definitely recommend Amber and her team She makes selling a home fun

Highly recommended by a friend, we knew right from our initial meeting that Amber was the realtor we wanted to work with. Her team have been by our sides for over a year and a half with welcomed support, guidance and advice along the entire journey. We initially looked at many homes and ultimately decided on building new (which Amber can also assist with!). When it came time to selling our current home, Amber was a wealth of knowledge and came equipped with a market evaluation and clear cut plan how we were going to prep and market our home. After lots of showings and positive feedback from viewings, we ended up selling on offer night with 8 offers total, for well over our asking price. We couldn’t be happier. Buying and selling is a very stressful process but with Amber, Erika and Kristy’s knowledge and professionalism, it made the process a dream (with some welcomed laughs along the way). They are truly a group of results driven Women! We can’t thank you 3 enough!

We called Amber about a year before we were going to sell. She arrived promptly, gave us a review of all the things should be done before our sale. Amber had a good plan in place right away, which we really appreciated. When we listed the house in early April, she was very efficient with all the planning, consequently we sold the house in 5 days, well over asking. We couldn’t have had a better realtor, very personable and in tune with our feelings. We have lived in our house for 51 years so it was quite emotional to sell. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

Amber and team are clearly a professionals who know what they're doing, but it's the "real" human side that was the most value added. This industry can stray into used car sales territory from time to time, and we went with Amber because we knew there was a real human we were dealing with. This sounds melodramatic, but those who understand will understand how important this is when it comes to making the most expensive decision in your life. We were picky, and took almost a year and a half, and the team was very patient and helpful the whole way through this experience.

From start to finish Amber was a professional at her job. We appreciated her expertise , perseverance and dedication. She went out of her way to facilitate not only the sale , but also to help in the transition to get out of our condo as some furniture needed to be removed. We could have not been in better hands when selling our condo. Thank you Amber!

Amber and Ericka are amazing. A friend had highly recommended Amber and it was the best recommendation. I felt supported and fully informed through the whole home buying process. They were very knowledgable and made sure I knew details to be aware of which I really appreciated as a first time home buyer. They were always accommodating, flexible, and really cared about me finding the right home for me and my family, and we did! I can't thank them enough for all their help, and I am so happy with my purchase!

Amber went absolutely above and beyond in every way possible. She has so much knowledge, she’s professional, friendly, and very responsive - truly everything I could’ve asked for in a realtor. It was my first time buying a home and I of course had plenty of questions. Amber always had an answer and made me feel at ease. She arranged for other professionals to meet with us for quotes to improve things with the home, etc. I will absolutely be recommending Amber to everyone!

From start to finish, Amber and her entire team were there for us emotionally, professionally, and spiritually every step of the way. Our condo was not an easy unit to sell; but, with Amber's unwavering positive outlook and immeasurable dedication to selling our property, we got it done. Amber has a way of turning an otherwise stressful situation into a positive experience. We couldn't ask for a better realtor. Because Amber is so dedicated to her craft, we were able to travel while still showing our property and having consistent updates. Having closed the sale of our condo while atop a cliffs edge in Ucluelet BC overlooking the ocean was a truely unforgettable experience. Amber was always available to answer our questions, no matter how silly or small we felt they were. Thank you Amber!

We moved to Winnipeg from Alberta and wanted a realtor who cared about us and was proficient. Our Alberta realtor referred us to Amber for her proficiency in dealing with past clients. We consider ourselves lucky. Amber is hard-working, thorough, well-informed and personable. We felt confident with her upon first contact. She is prudent and logical; she prevented us from making mistakes when we were responding emotionally to situations. After the sale and we had moved into our home, she still checked in with us to make sure the builder had completed their deficiencies and that we were satisfied. 100% would recommend.

I had concerns about getting our property sold in a reasonable time. Amber did a fantastic job setting expectations and advising us on what was required to sell the house. Ultimately, we closed on the sale faster than expected once the house was on the market. Purchasing a house with Amber went very smoothly. She provided us with enough market information to make an informed decision on purchase price, etc. She and her team also gladly went on multiple trips outside the city to help us find a property in the country, including looking at the same property multiple times as we made decisions on whether to offer or not. I highly recommend working with Amber to find your dream/forever home.

I have had the pleasure of working with Amber to purchase two homes in Winnipeg. What truly stands out about Amber and her team is their in-depth knowledge of the local market. Amber has always taken the time to understand my unique preferences, which not only streamlines the search process for me but demonstrates a dedicated commitment to ensuring that the properties presented align with my needs so we aren’t wasting the luxury of time. Timely updates, clear explanations, and proactive responses to any queries made me feel well-informed and supported throughout the journey. It really feels like we’re buying a home together when you’re buying with Amber. I could not recommend her enough- Amber’s got a proud client for life here!

Amber was amazing! Willing to show us multiple properties outside of the city. She was always available and if she couldn’t attend in person would send a very capable partner. We felt well taken care of and enjoyed our dealings with her. Would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling!!

Working with Amber to buy my first house was a great experience. Upon initial consultation, I could tell she was extremely knowledgeable. She was able to answer any question I had. Not really knowing what I was after, I visited A LOT of houses. Amber had no issue taking me to any house I wanted to look at. Her availability made it easy to see houses during times that worked with my schedule. She walked me through the process of submitting an offer and offered suggestions as to what offer might be necessary to get the house. Once I finally had an accepted offer, Amber was able to guide me through the process to close the deal. She made everything easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend Amber to anyone looking to buy a house!

Amber was amazing to work with. She understood the value of our house. She also provided great recommendations on what updates to do and how they would affect the selling price. She also understood the current market and how much to list the house for to maximize interest. We listed it for the right price and we received multiple offers over our asking price. Amber is the consummate professional and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. We highly recommend her!!!!

Amber was so great to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with, she had great advice and always had good ideas to help envision the properties, would definitely recommend her if you are looking to buy.

Amber made my first-time homebuying experience great. Patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, she guided me seamlessly through the process, ensuring I felt confident every step of the way. Amber is the perfect choice for first-time buyers seeking a smooth and enjoyable journey into homeownership

Amber is one of the very best that I have ever had dealings with. Superb comes to mind in fact. Her after sale follow up is first class in every way.

I had an exceptional experience working with Amber as my realtor! She’s a true professional who not only sold my condo quickly but also made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Amber’s dedication, expertise, and genuine care for her clients shine through in every step of the journey. Her attention to detail and excellent communication skills ensured that I was informed and supported throughout. I highly recommend Amber to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor. Thank you, Amber, for your outstanding service and making this experience wonderful!

Amber was an absolute dream to work with. She is SO knowledgable and generous with her time and energy across every aspect of the home buying & selling process. Her communication was always excellent and she adjusted our plans to align with various pressures we were working under to sell by a certain date. We received a series of offers that were above our target in large part to Amber's advising about timing and staging. I would recommend Amber to anyone and would love to work with her again.

Amber was: fantastic to work with. Knowledgeable re current real estate values and said if she felt asking price was too high. Quick to point out any issues when viewing houses Quick to respond when called. Her team was eager to help if she was ever unavailable Highly recommend

Many friends of mine have successfully bought and sold properties with Amber's help, so when I was looking to sell my condo and buy a house, Amber came highly recommended. Amber found a buyer for my condo faster than I expected, and when the house I wanted came onto the market, she provided clear, knowledgeable, and professional advice to make my dreams come true. We had a small window of time to sell, buy, and move my daughter and I into our fantastic new home. Thanks to Amber for making the process easy. We couldn't be happier with the level of service from Amber and highly recommend her and her team.

Amber is extremely efficient and her marketing machine is stellar. Her support of local charities, artists, and environmentalism was meaningful for me. I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting their house sold.

Amber and her team went above and beyond what is humanly possible or expected from a realtor. My wife and I met her on a weekend trip and knew instantly that we had found our Realtor. We came for a quick weekend trip from Toronto and had a few interviews with other realtors which all paled in comparison to Amber. On that weekend we saw 9 lovely properties but non appealed to us. We went back to Toronto and over following weeks inspected houses on Zoom calls and saw a lot more properties. She secured the right house for us helped us through closing, cleaning and moving. My wife was so impressed with her ability to know our tastes, wants and needs. Amber made buying on Zoom, making a move to Winnipeg effortless. My kudos to her and her team for representing the best that Winnipeg has to offer.

Amber was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, upbeat, professional and a joy to work with. Super smart, and down to earth. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Winnipeg market.

Amber and her team were professional, responsive, and enthusiastic about the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. Amber remained calm and positive when we were faced with adversity which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend her and her team.

We worked with Amber to size up from our existing home. Buying: Amber and her team were very accommodating to our schedules and were flexible with seeing many homes, even with very short notice. We enjoyed working with Amber and her team because she is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and easy-going. We enjoyed spending time with her and her team and they were always responsive. When we needed a quick pre-offer home inspection, she called her in contacts and made it happen in a timely manner. When we found the home we ended up buying, she helped us gauge what our maximum price should be and we felt no pressure from her to offer. Selling: What struck us about Amber when we initially made contact with her she was very strategic with what to improve and what to work on to get our existing home ready for sale. Other realtors had a 'don't worry it'll sell' attitude. She was interested in us getting a competitive price. When we contacted her in 2022, the real estate market had been doing crazy ups and downs, but she spoke knowledgeably using years and time periods to compare what our home may be work the following year when we knew interest rates with spike and demand was slightly unknown. She compared our house to other listings noting very specific things that differed from our home to the other sales in our neighborhood. When it came time to sell, she helped us with timing for the market and connected us with a great stager. Our home ended up selling before it even had a change to go on the market and sold above asking! She helped walk us through all the little details to keep in mind when we took possession of our new home, and things to keep in mind that we prepped for the new owners of our previous home. Overall, we were so happy to work with Amber and her team. We highly recommend her!

Amber made the house shopping experience easy. She provided valuable insight and opinions on the homes we looked at, which were greatly appreciated and assisted with securing a home that is the best fit for me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Amber made the sometimes stressful process of house hunting fun! She was patient showing us numerous homes, always replied in a timely matter and was knowledgeable on each home. Thanks to Amber we found our perfect family home!

Amber was great. She was patient with us and quickly provided history updates and feedback to help us find a home. A busy lady who always found time for us. Amber and her team are great. So happy to have met them all

Buying a condo was very intimidating but Amber and her team made it easy and rewarding. She helped me find my absolutely perfect condo at a really good price. She seemed to have endless patience, friendliness, professionalism and energy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

Amber is awesome. Great research, marketing, pricing, and communications. Amber also has a very good stager, video crew, and male marketing voice.

When it comes to finding the perfect real estate agent, there are several key factors to consider. Professionalism, honesty, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the market are just a few of them. Thankfully, Amber exceeded my expectations in all of these areas and more. Working with Amber and her incredible team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From our very first meeting, it was evident that Amber's professionalism was unmatched. She conducted herself with the utmost integrity, always keeping my best interests at heart. Amber's honesty was refreshing; she provided transparent and accurate information throughout the entire process. One of the standout qualities of Amber was her exceptional communication skills. She actively listened to my concerns, preferences, and requirements, ensuring that she fully understood my needs. Whenever I had a question or needed an update, Amber was prompt in her responses, keeping me well-informed at every stage of the journey. Her dedication to clear and open communication created a seamless and stress-free experience. But it doesn't stop there. Amber's commitment to excellence extended beyond her own efforts. I cannot express enough gratitude towards Amber and her team for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make my real estate experience exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her amazing team to anyone in need of a dedicated and skilled real estate professional.

I am pleased to share my experience with the Amber who assisted us in purchasing our home. Despite being out of town during the for part of the process, she was exceptional in coordinating the purchase and keeping us informed every step of the way. From the initial consultation to the final closing, she was proactive in ensuring that everything was handled efficiently and effectively. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident during the home inspection, where she provided valuable insights and guidance that helped us navigate the process with ease. Furthermore, her negotiation skills were impressive as she helped us secure a price below the asking price, which was a significant win for us. She always had our best interests in mind and was readily available to answer any questions we had along the way. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with her services and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and proactive realtor. Thank you for helping us find our dream home!

From the moment Amber reached out to me after making contact with her regarding selling my property, I knew she would make the selling process as easy as possible. She was knowledgeable, always quick to respond & an absolute delight to work with. A great experience overall. I highly recommend the services of Amber & her team! Thanks again!

Amber presented three offers, all significantly over asking, four days after listing the property! Amber has been a long time supporter and sponsor of our organization, Habitat for Humanity Manitoba.

We 100% chose the right Real Estate Agent with Amber! Amber was patient, so easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. Our sale was all decided last minute. We went to look for a place in Winnipeg on Wednesday (not thinking we would find one…but we did). By Thursday night, Amber made a point of coming all the way to Ste, Anne from Linden Woods…even though she was leaving for holidays that Saturday and…we weren’t 100% sure of selling. After talking to her and feeling so confident, we listed our house. Selling in a small town could take months as compared to the city. Our listing hit MLS at 1:30pm on January 14th and by 3:00pm, we had an offer. Our house SOLD WITHIN 2 HOURS OF LISTING!! We were absolutely ecstatic and shocked, to say the least. We got ASKING price and a possession date that worked for us. Amber was currently in Mexico on holidays for a month at this time. Her team was extremely professional to work with. Amber called immediately to Congratulate us and said she has never seen such a quick sale. There were numerous calls from her explaining how to proceed forward along with quick reply’s to all our texts. It was like she was still in Winnipeg. The fact that she took a lot of her holiday time to deal with us was so impressive!! Her team was also extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We will definitely use Amber again and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! Thank you for making this stressful situation so much easier. Patricia & Don Plamondon

we listed our beautiful home with Amber and team, sold within 1 hr of MLS was a record sale for our town, Amber and her team did an exceptional job throughout the entire process, i would and will recommend highly

We first met Amber in the fall of 2022, on the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law, who had worked with her to purchase their first Winnipeg home. We liked Amber immediately. She listens carefully, knows her field, and in many cases, she anticipated our needs. We were hoping to move in the spring of 2023 - and she set us up to receive automated emails of listings that matched our wish list for our next home. Being from out of province, she prioritized working hard for us when we were in town, and again and again, we saw her go above and beyond our expectations - whether it was driving us around neighbourhoods, introducing us to excellent experts in related fields when we asked for referrals (home inspector, lawyer, interior designer), or even - once we'd purchased a property, visiting it on our behalf (and in our absence) to take measurements. We deeply appreciated her knowledge and expertise about all things related to purchasing a condo, and we felt genuinely protected in the details. She was patient with our many questions, thorough in her explanations, and sincerely rejoiced with us when we found our home. We simply can't recommend Amber highly enough and will always be grateful that we had the opportunity to work with her.

We are incredibly grateful to have been recommended the services of Amber and her team! They were always contactable and approachable. Their professional knowledge was extremely helpful as we navigated our first home purchase. We never felt pressured to purchase a home and Amber truly was looking out for what was best for us, she was often quick to point out concerns before we even saw them. These folks delivered a great outcome for our first home purchase, and I would highly recommend them!

Amber made buying our first home a dream. Amber was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions. Her connections made it easy for us to be confident in our decision. It took us some time to find the perfect house but Amber was patient and understanding as she truly wanted us to be happy. Strongly recommend! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you again!

Amber was a delight to work with! As a first time solo home buyer, she helped me through the process, avoiding pitfalls, and found me my perfect home. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Simply fantastic. A smooth transaction with Amber after my wife & I had been slowly looking for about a year or so. Amber had the patience and passion that we needed to get us in to the perfect house for our family. Highly recommend!

We love Amber!!! This is the forth time we have worked with Amber and she doesn’t fail to amaze us every time. Starting several years ago with the purchase of our condo, to the selling of our condo, to helping us find our forever home and selling our transition home. Amber was always ready for us when we needed her. She always showed up with a positive and pleasant attitude and an open mind. She was not afraid to share her professional advice and had our best interest at all times. Thank you Amber again for pulling through for us and being there during these exciting times. We couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor to trust and to celebrate these milestones with.

Amber was a dream to work with. She gave us great guidance and advice, and helped us buy and sell well. We were totally confident in her and we had a lot of fun along the way. 100% recommend.

Amber was simple the best to work with on this deal - she understood that our situation was different then most and addressed the issues and solved problems to complete the sale. She was always available to assist and even brought over pillows to help decorate. 100 % recommend

Working with Amber to purchase our new family home, and sell our current one, was a wonderful experience. Amber is very knowledgeable and great to work with. She always responded quickly to our questions and provided us guidance when it came to making decisions. She was very patient with us as we looked at what seemed to be hundreds of houses and we never felt pressured to purchase something we weren’t 100% happy with.

Amber and her team are amazing very helpful ! Answered all of my many questions in a timely fashion. I will use Amber and her team again when I am ready for my next purchase !

Amber is the whole package. She is knowledgeable and well connected as you need your realtor to be. In addition she is also compassionate and a good listener. You can trust her to share her opinions and help guide you so that you are not only making good decisions but also feel good about those decisions.

Amber is a very friendly and professional agent. She quickly got the process of putting my house up for sale and respected my expectations of a price I wanted to sell at. The showings came in quickly and I heeded her suggestions of staging. It quickly paid off with a very acceptable offer. SOLD!! I used the word "quickly" often in this review. That was key. Amber made the whole process very quick and because of that it was that much less stressful.

We just celebrated a year in our home and still can’t believe we found a place that checks all the boxes. Working with Amber really gave us confidence as we entered last year’s crazy housing market as first time buyers. Amber and her team are so attentive and responsive, a dream to work with. She really took the time to learn exactly what we were looking for. We never felt rushed and it was apparent that her goal was for us to find a house we would be happy in for a long time. Thank you Amber! I still pinch myself most days - this is *our* house!!

Amber is a caring ,professional person and selling our home was stress free....also sold the house within 7 days. It was a pleasure doing business with her and her warm personality was appreciated.

Amber is fantastic to work with!! She was always professional and very easy-going! Her calming and caring nature helped us feel confident and well taken care of! We felt her guidance was always in our best interest and she works hard to make sure your property is presented in the best way possible! With the buying process, we loved how she let us take the lead on properties we wanted to see, and didn’t force us to see homes we knew we wouldn’t like! Amber knows her stuff, and she has a lot of connections that helped us make the buying and selling process feel less stressful and more informed! She and her team were always available to us despite having many other listings, and we could always trust her judgement when we felt unsure or anxious. Overall she is a lovely person and great to work with!! I would recommend her to anyone I know is buying or selling a home!

Amber is incredible - I truly cannot say enough good words about her. Being a first time home buyer can be quite scary, especially when you're going through the process on your own. Amber made it so much easier and more comfortable for me. She really listened to what I wanted and stuck by my side until the right fit came my way. It was clear Amber's goal was to help me find a home that was right for me, and not to make a sale. I highly recommend Amber and her team because of their approachable and attentive demeanor and wealth of knowledge!! THANK YOU AMBER!

Amber and her team are amazing to work with!! As first time home buyers who are new to Winnipeg, we valued Amber’s extensive knowledge and experience of the home buying process, the market, and what different areas in the city had to offer. Amber explained the entire home buying process to us, allowing us to feel comfortable and confident as we navigated the market. She answered all of our questions and had amazing attention to detail during showings, which helped us learn what to look for in a house. She was quick to respond to text messages or emails, and even made herself available while she was away on holidays! Amber and her team were flexible and accommodating whenever we were interested in viewing a home. Amber provided us with contacts and recommendations for an amazing home inspector, a lawyer and home insurance companies. We had a fantastic experience working with Amber and cannot recommend her enough!

Amber was always available and accommodated our schedule when we wanted to view homes. Great experience overall, highly recommended. Marko & Nina

Amber is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. We have bought and sold two homes now and have interacted with multiple real estate agents. Amber is incredibly knowledgeable about the Winnipeg real estate market and a great communicator. Throughout the buying process, we felt comfortable and informed. She is also very well respected in the community which greatly matters in a profession where building long-lasting relationships is at its core.

5 Stars +!!! Big thanks to Amber for her hard work helping us both buy and sell here in Winnipeg. Amber was an absolute professional, very knowledgeable of the Winnipeg housing market, extremely responsive and I totally felt she had our best interests in mind. I definitely recommend considering Amber for your upcoming sale or purchase.

We met Amber through her work supporting local charities and thought someone with such a good heart would be a good fit for our realtor. We got so much more than expected! Amber is incredibly knowledgeable about the local housing market, absolutely astute in her advice, and a joy to work with. We got the house of our dreams and sold quickly which enabled us to keep a low pre-approved mortgage rate. I am so glad we chose Amber!

Amber made our condo sale a positive experience from the moment of our first meeting. She has a superior knowledge of the local real estate environment and had a lot of very helpful suggestions. The results were more than impressive with nearly 50 showings and multiple offers. We would highly recommend Amber to anyone and, in fact, already have. She was a joy to work with and we truly feel that no one could possibly have done better for us.

As first time home buyers we were referred to Amber by our Aunt from Calgary (also a realtor), and boy was she not wrong with how perfect Amber was for us!! Amber explained every step of our home purchase, from the long search time to eventually us finding our perfect house. Amber and her team were extremely professional and outrageously knowledgeable about anything we asked and if they didn't know they found out and got back to us with in the day. Amber was always available to reply a text or an email or a phone call even when she was out at the lake or on a day off and even when she was in FRANCE!!! Amber has great connections to a fantastic home inspector also to a lawyer that we also hired, It was great to be able to communicate with Amber and the lawyers and everyone involved in our purchase thru multi group emails and text messages even phone calls, being kept in the discussions helped ease our minds when there were bumps in the road on certain things, and yes there was and they were at no fault to Amber and her team ...banks tho... I would 1,000,000 times recommend Amber to anyone looking to purchase whether it be their first home, their new home even a condo or hey any type of building you can purchase i'm sure Amber could work out a deal with the seller. We are extremely happy with the house we purchased and we would definitely pick Amber again if /when we decide to buy another!

Amber was great to work with as a first-time homebuyer. She answered all of my questions about the process and helped me learn what to look for when viewing a house. She provided good advice about whether or not to offer on a house and what a competitive bid would be. The other people on her team were also very helpful. I am very happy with the house I ended up with!

Amber was an outstanding realtor who conducted every interaction with us virtually and in person with confidence and the utmost professionalism. She was very knowledgeable about the market and what was required for us to have a successful listing. Amber was always so responsive to our questions, concerns and any issues that we encountered during the process. What we appreciated the most about Amber was her honesty and integrity in all the preparations leading up to the staging process and listing. Amber has boundless energy and enthusiasm and treats her clients as if they are the only ones she is working with even when she has multiple clients and that requires special skills. We would not hesitate to engage Amber as a realtor in the future if the need arises. She is exceptional!

Amber was exceptional from the start right to the end. She was extremely organized, very knowledgeable, always responded very quickly and she gave us very valuable advice that really helped us both buy and sell. Amber never made us feel like she was too busy for us. If she unavailable, one of her team members was always available. Amber was incredibly professional and personable. She made the process as easy as it could be given the the complexity of the sale. She respected my thoughts and work when it came to preparing my house and choosing my eventual home. She cared to get to know me and what would be best for me as her client. I am so grateful for her guidance and work.

Amber knows the market, and she goes above and beyond to ensure you sell quickly in a competitive market. Even though she had multiple listings at the same time as my home, which is expected of a top realtor in Winnipeg, she continued to amaze with her customer service skills along with a personal touch during all phases of a home sale. As a military member that is constantly on the move, I have worked with many realtors, and she was the most memorable.

It's hard to even know where to start when it comes to providing this review for Amber. Quite simply, she is an exceptional realtor and wonderful person. We feel so grateful to have had her guiding our way through two home purchases and one sale in the midst of this very wild Winnipeg market. Look no further than Amber... we really couldn't recommend her more highly. Amber is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable in this industry. We can't imagine what it would have been like navigating intense bidding wars and the other complexities that come with buying and selling a home these days without her expertise. Amber often flagged critical things that we would have never considered when buying and selling a home, she skillfully helped us weigh our many priorities and the pros and cons of various properties, and she always navigated our many questions with ease. When working with Amber, you are working with an expert and a seasoned professional. Because of her, we were able to sell our current home easily... and she is 100% the reason why we were the successful buyers of the dream home we're preparing to move into this summer. We truly cannot thank her enough for this. Finally, Amber is a kind and caring person who leads with integrity. Selling and purchasing a home can be stressful at the best of times, let alone during what has been a pretty unprecedented real estate market in Winnipeg over the past couple of years. With Amber, we knew from day one that she was on our team. For both our two purchases and one sale, it was always clear to us that her number one goal was ensuring that we got the outcome that was right for us. And when we finally found and won our dream home, I think we all had tears of joy. Thank you again, Amber!

We worked with Amber while trying to find a home from a distance. From the first email inquiry, she was extremely responsive, understood our needs, and was very accommodating despite the challenge of viewing homes virtually. She took a personalized approach to our home search and provided options that we had not previously considered. Amber knows the market and was able to offer sound advice and guidance on the offers we submitted. She knew how to navigate a competitive market and understood buyers in our price range. Her knowledge of the market, expertise and understanding of our situation helped lead to the best possible outcome for all involved! The only sad part is we'll be unable to use her to purchase out here!

Selling a house is stressful and she made it so much more bearable by communicating with me daily during showings, providing feedback and support. I'm so grateful to Amber for a successful sale with multiple offers, can't ask for better than that!

Amber was so instrumental in the purchase of my first home as a single parent. She was beyond patient as I navigated the insanity of the pandemic market, so accommodating, and confident the right house would come up when it was meant to be. After two lost bids, Amber insisted I see a house I’d already decided I’d never get. She knows her stuff - I ended up loving it and won the bid! We’re endlessly grateful to Amber for helping us find a house that is our home!

Amber is an amazing realtor. Since 2013, I have made 3 home purchases and 3 home sales with her. During these transactions there were several "out of the ordinary" circumstances that arose with closing, and Amber was not only responsive but assisted in correcting complex situations. I strongly recommend her to anyone that wishes to have a smooth and successful experience with the realty market. Great job Amber!

Amber and her team (thank you Erika) were great to work with. The home we ended up purchasing only came through due to their quick action to schedule a same day showing last minute. We had scheduled many long afternoons and evenings visiting homes that Amber and team were glad to work in, so thank you for the help.

Amber is a wonderful lady. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She was prompt responding to questions I asked and very creative in producing the video of our house. I recommend her highly.

If there's anything that will test you emotionally in life, it's buying a house in the current market. Luckily, we had Amber on our team and that made all the difference. As first time home buyers, we saw a large number of houses and had many questions for Amber. Amber is calm, patient and professional and made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire process. Amber made us confident that we WOULD get our dream house and she encouraged us to take breaks whenever we needed. But guess what? We did get our dream house and it's all thanks to Amber's expertise, kindness and support! I went from knowing nothing about real estate to owning a home in just a few weeks. Amber's extensive knowledge and network of home inspectors saved me from a conditional offer I had on a structural nightmare. My partner and I felt like Amber's top priority with her quick responses - no matter how often we messaged her with questions! Aside from being an expert in her industry - Amber is a warm, kind, and understanding person who gives back to her community. Great person. Great Realtor.

Amber was incredibly helpful at helping my boyfriend and I find our first real home. We snagged a river-view condo at an amazing price all thanks to Amber! She was quick at setting up appointments and very helpful with providing her insight into each place we looked at.

Amber was very helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to chat with us to address all the questions, comments or concerns we had during the extremely volatile housing market during covid. She was extremely patient and determined to understand what my concerns were and provide me with clarifications or explanations whenever possible. I know that due to my professional background as an Engineer, it can be very exhausting providing explanations to the level of detail required for me to make confident decisions, but Amber was up to the task.

Amber was recommended to me through a colleague at my new job and she helped us purchase our first house in the middle of a pandemic. Because of travel restrictions and quarantine, we could not travel to the province before purchasing and she was incredibly patient and responsive to us and our situation. She always answered all of our questions and she seemed incredibly honest and genuine in our discussions. She was very thorough during the walk-throughs of houses, always showing us every little detail. I had heard some horror stories of friends and family feeling pressured by realtors, but Amber was always very respectful of our priorities and never pressured us on any listing we viewed - in fact, she would often bring our attention to details of why it would not be an appropriate property for our needs based on her in-person assessment (e.g., we told her wanted a quieter street, and she would point out that there was a busy road we did not know about right around the corner or high traffic on the street). I was amazed at how patient she was with us, because we made her go to A LOT of places for showings. In the end, we put down offers on two homes, and she was upfront and honest with her assessment of places while we tried to decide the best price to put down. She even told us when we were considering putting an offer higher than our comfort level that we should not feel pressured, and that other houses would come up, ones that met our criteria more, and that we should not go beyond what we are comfortable spending. This is exactly what we needed to hear so that we didn’t get swept away with purchasing a not-perfect (for us) home because of an intense market. In the end, we found our DREAM HOME which ended up being under our original budget, and I cannot believe how lucky we were to have gotten it. We put a lot of trust in Amber in the process, especially since we did it all remotely, and I honestly could not recommend her more highly. If you are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working and professional realtor, I recommend Amber to anyone and everyone looking for a new home. We feel so lucky to have worked with her and I know that we would not have ended up with our dream home without her help.

Amber helped us with the sale of our condo this spring and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It was our first time selling property and Amber was an invaluable resource throughout the process. She is very knowledgable was always quick to respond to any question we had. Her team is also fantastic and we were particularly impressed with the photos and videos of the space. That, coupled with Amber's strong social media presence and marketing, really helped our listing shine. We highly recommend Amber!

Amber is fantastic! She walked us through our first home-buyer experience with wisdom, prompt advice, and professionalism. She was recommended to us by a family friend and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. She was also extremely helpful in coordinating times to see houses and all of our inspections. Our entire process went smoothly and worry free. Her guidance and suggestions were spot on throughout the process. We are truly grateful to have had a great agent helping us with such an important purchase!

Amber was awesome! She made my first home buying purchase so simple & easy, everything went smoothly, better than I could have hoped. I was so nervous & overwhelmed at the beginning, but she was so helpful, she was always quick to answer my many questions. Best of all, she found me my dream condo - I cannot wait to move in. Thank you so much Amber!

Amber was so wonderful to work with to find our dream home! She was extremely knowledgeable, easy to get ahold of, quick to respond, had great contacts such as an awesome home inspector and really seemed to care about finding us the perfect home. The market while we were buying was pretty awful. Houses were going for 70+ grande over asking and was very disheartening. We lost many bids, some more upsetting than others, but Amber always had a positive outlook and assured us the perfect home would come and be ours. She would be honest if a house was not worth going way over our original budget as well so we likely avoided many duds. If it weren't for her we would never have found our house as it was originally over our listing price threshold. She took the time out of her busy schedule to check some listing for us and sent us the perfect home that she was sure we could get with our budget given even though houses were selling so high over listing. I would definitely recommend Amber to anyone that asks and will use her again if the time comes!

We knew Amber was the right realtor for us after the very first meeting with her. First off, not making us sign anything to commit to her, made us want to work with her that much more. Never in the process did we feel that we were imposing on her with wanting to see so many properties and not liking them enough to make an offer. She clearly understands what to look for in a building, which, as first time buyers, was very comforting to us. After seeing many houses with her, it was clear Amber really listened to our feedback about each home we didn't buy. Which allowed her to direct us to the perfect house and help us avoid a bidding war as well. Finally I'd like to add that her "after-purchase" client care is also phenomenal. We will definitely recommend her services to others.

Amber was recommended to us by family and we would highly recommend her as a realtor. She provided great insight into the market and made some very useful suggestions to spruce up our house before putting it on the market. She was easy to contact, offered a flexible schedule and once again offered great insight as we walked through potential houses. Her busy portfolio meant that she had seen several houses from our portal with other clients and was able to provide us some feedback before booking our own appointments, or suggesting we steer clear. Beyond her expertise and knowledge, Amber was very friendly and we enjoyed spending time walking through houses with her. We have since recommended amber to friends and family, and would highly recommend Amber to anyone.

Amber is very knowledgeable, reliable, and a pleasure to work with! She is especially talented at helping people identify what they want in a home and then helping them find the perfect match. She has great advice about selling homes as well! Moving can be stressful but having Amber on our side made us feel relaxed and confident.

Amber is a true real estate professional.  We did a fair bit of research into finding the right person to conduct the sale of our home.  We hit a home run by deciding on Amber.  Her meticulous attention to detail, personable nature and (most important) communication skills are exactly what we needed.  She never leaves you wondering what is happening and always gets back to you in a timely manner.  She also created the necessary conditions to facilitate a bidding war on our property and she then helped us navigate the bidding war process.  She uses top industry professionals such as cameraman, drone operator and video narrator to give you the best service possible.  We give Amber our highest recommendation and would happily use her as our agent again.

Amber has been our staple in our Winnipeg home story! She helped us buy a condo (Exchange), sell a home (Wolseley), sell the condo, to then buy (and sell) our lovely new build in River Heights! Amber’s professionalism is exceptional. She is always prepared and quick to get us answers to any questions we have, or bring forward important real estate information as need. Maybe you can come out west and help us with our home search there ;) Anyone who is in search of a realtor - team up with Amber and you will not be disappointed!

We were on the house hunt for a while, but Amber was always ready to show us anything we were interested in. She is responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. She would often point out the good or potentially problematic parts of houses (and if she didn't have the answer on something, she always had a contact who could!) Her advice when selling our home was invaluable, and she found us a beautiful new home that we feel lucky to be in. She truly cares for her clients, and it shows. If you are looking for a realtor in Winnipeg, Amber is the only person you need.

I might be the definition of picky and cautious when it comes to big purchases but Amber was patient and stuck with me until we finally found a place that I was completely happy with. Highly recommended by me and others that have had the pleasure of dealing with Amber van den Broek!

Amber was the definition of professional! Super prompt answering emails, full of information, and always a delight to talk too. I will always use Amber fir all my real estate needs

Amber is the best! We've bought two houses and sold two houses with her and had great experiences each time. She's an award winning top realtor in Winnipeg and I can see why. I was so pleased with the level of service and commitment from Amber. She's professional, timely, knowledgeable and gives great advice. Her marketing skills are top notch and she does a wonderful job with her team showcasing homes through photos and virtual tours. I highly recommend Amber! She will go above and beyond for you.

Amber not only made the process easy during a difficult time (covid, market boom) but she made it fun and stress free. I appreciate what she taught me and would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring capable agent.

Amber was recommended to me and I'm very happy with the service I received. She is professional and at the same time amiable and friendly. She offered and made recommendations on how I could improve my house for sale. Yes it created work for me but it was well worth the effort. Amber made what can be a stressful process into an effortless transaction. She was readily available or promptly returned my calls to answer all my questions. I would recommend Amber to anyone considering buying or selling a house.

Amber is a great real estate agent. Very knowledgeable and prompt replies. Always able to answer, or get answers to questions that would arise. Would work with her again for buying or selling a house

Amber was very patient & extremely knowledgeable, despite seeing a multitude of properties we never felt rushed or pressured. Amber has a keen eye & was forthcoming in providing insight into potential challenges or values of each property. We would seek out Amber for any real-estate transaction in the future.

Amber blew us away with her determination, ability to communicate, and desire to know us and what we were looking for! As new home buyers, we were seeking out an advocate to help navigate the process of home buying and she not only advocated for us, but felt like she was also our biggest cheerleader. I can’t imagine a better person to have helped us through this big step in our lives!

Amber was a pleasure to work with; friendly and professional, and helped me with everything from viewings and inspection to the paperwork and ultimately, the successful purchase of my new home

Forthright. My impression of residential real estate agents is very poor. I have bought and sold a number of properties and in every one of those transactions the agents lied to some degree. In talking about agents, my advice to friends was always, "assume some of what they are telling you isn't true." With Amber, if she didn't know an answer, she didn't make something up. She said she would try to find out and then followed through. Super refreshing. In a previous sale, the property wasn't selling and I decided to pull it off the market and rent it out. I think most agents would be upset about losing a potential commission. Not only was Amber supportive, but she allowed me to use the photos from the staging to use in the rental ad. That's a sign of someone who understands the value of relationships in business and is doing things the right way for the long-term.

No one likes being sold to, but we all want and expect help when we are about to make major financial decisions. Amber is that trusted advisor who has a knack for asking the appropriate questions that lead you to making the best decisions on your own. Yes, she is referred to as an agent, but what drives her success is her ability to place herself in your shoes and provide the consult you need to benefit your goals. No doubt, she is a true consultant and advocate for her clients. In the many times I've had the pleasure of working with Amber, I've not once felt misled. But I have always felt cared for, paid attention to, and responded to - all without her ever expecting something in return. If you want a sales agent, go elsewhere. There are plenty of agents out there. If you want a partner who will always do the right thing and do right by you, go with Amber.

What can I say? Amber helped me to find joy and peace when life through me the biggest curveballs. Selling one’s home is a stressful experience, and doing so when recently widowed is worse. Amber helped me navigate the staging, and sale with the utmost of care, and compassion - then found me a dream home to start fresh and new. Words can’t encapsulate the amount of gratitude and praise I have for the service Amber provided.

It took me a long time to find the right property, but Amber was patient and continued to be a dedicated agent in helping me find the perfect house. I have recommended her to friends and family, and will definitely continue to use her going forward. Cheers!

Amber helped us with finding our new forever home and also preparing our current home for sale. While the process is always filled with emotions (excitement, anticipation, apprehension and sometimes disappointment), Amber was there for us throughout the entire process. She always had great insight, all would answer the thousands of questions we had. After finally finding our forever home, Amber also helped us list our previous home. We followed her advice precisely and used all of her recommended vendors. Much to our surprise we sold for well above asking price and in record time. We could not be happier with the entire process. Purchasing one home and selling another all within 2 months may have been one of the busiest, hectic and stressful times of our lives. From closing, packing, changing addresses and services/accounts and a thousand other tasks in-between... Amber was always there every step of the way, guiding us through the process and following up with check ins and reminders. I honestly don't know how we could have done it without her. When it was time to list our house, she was very informative and it was evident she had her finger on the pulse of the real estate market. I am convinced that it was not luck we received 16% over asking price, but her knowledge and experience. She definitely exceeded our expectations. We are now in our forever home and could not be happier. We are extremely grateful for everything Amber has done for us. The accommodations she made for us during such a stressful time, all with 2 very young children and during a pandemic is a true testament to her character and professionalism. I would recommend Amber with 100% confidence. She is an outstanding and remarkable realtor and with a promising future in her industry.

Amber did an excellent job selling our home in a very short time. Especially considering Covid-19. She was prompt and provided us the professional advice we needed to effectively stage and clean our home for in-person viewings, and the virtual video tour was great!  Photos were super high quality. Highly recommend Amber and her team!

Amber was professional, on-time and always a big smile, she help us lots with the small things that are big things, thorough, always there even on her days off, above and beyond service.

Always professional, friendly, trustworthy and efficient! Amber is a breeze to work with and very respected in the real estate world! She was very helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend working her.

I took a family member with me for my first meeting with Amber; and we both agreed she was the Realtor that could team work with me, to find my home. She is professional in every way; kind, patient, conscientious, and perceptive. I’ve since found my home. I gladly tell others about her abilities. (July 2020)

Amber was absolutely amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable and informative. She was patient and available when I had questions. Amber was helpful throughout the whole buying process. I have and would recommend Amber to future buyers and sellers! I love her eco friendly mindset!

Amber was recommended to us by our daughter. Amber helped their family purchase a home last year. Amber made things very easy for us, working around our schedule and finding several properties to suit us. Once we found the property we liked, the process was very easy for us. Amber is very friendly, yet professional and accommodating. It was stress free to work with her.

She did her job well and got things ready to list and did her job and sold it for me. I would tell people to use her. She responses to your calls, etc. and lets you know what is going on if she knows. Awesome job, Amber!

The process of buying our new house and selling our previous house all in the matter of weeks was extremely stressful. Amber did an amazing job at both staying positive and always encouraging us when things weren't going as planned. Ambers knowledge and skills exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking into buying or selling their home.

Amber was amazing to work with from start to finish! She helped us sell our father's home of 40 years and although times were difficult she helped us feel at ease. She was thoughtful, professional and very easy to work with. Amber met all of our needs and went above and beyond to make the sale a success! Thank you Amber, you are the best!

Amber was amazing! She guided us through the sale of our home AND the purchase of our new home. Her approach was calm, confident and always in our best interest. There's no other agent we'd trust.

Amber is a professional. Thorough, listens to your needs. No pressure selling. Informative and gets answers for you when asked in a timely manner. she is there to assist, make recommendations and support in all aspects if selling and purchasing a home. Thank you.

All we can say is WOW :) From the start of the process, Amber made our home buying experience everything it should be...super fun! We were so impressed with her knowledge of the market, as well as the technical aspects of houses. We always felt like we had all the information needed to make sound decisions - something that was incredible valuable to us. It's no surprise that Amber gets amazing results because she does things the right way. It was quite evident that Amber cared about who we are and what we wanted. She's just all-around a great person and the best realtor! We are 100% satisfied and would recommend her in a heartbeat. Thanks so much Amber - we'll miss our viewings, ha!

We LOVED working with Amber! She sold our condo in only 3 weeks and got us a perfect home. Amber is knowledgeable, reliable, responsive and professional. She does an amazing job of marketing properties and positioning them to kind the right buyer. We appreciated her extensive knowledge when we purchased our home; it was her recommendation of writing a personal letter with our offer that won us our perfect home! Last but not least, with her bright and bubbly personality she was such so much fun to work with! We now recommend her to anyone we know needing an agent :)

Submitting a “Rate-My-Agent” evaluation on Amber is way too easy. It’s with pleasure to rate Amber fives across the board. Amber is a courteous ,responsive, dedicated, professional agent who has nothing but her client’s best interest in mind. If you are looking for an agent who is professional, energetic, committed, focused and a social media and marketing ninja, choosing Amber as your agent is the perfect choice. Will certainly be dealing with Amber in the near future. Amber, thanks so much for all your effort and hard work!

Amber is a top tier agent who creates solutions and is super easy to work with. I have used Amber as my agent multiple times and every time she makes buying properties easy. She has very quick response times and even when she’s busy she finds a way to make sure you are taken care of and questions answered. She’s willing to go to bat for her clients and she has helped me successfully navigate some tricky situations; such as a seller backing out after they already accepted our offer. Amber is quick to know what I want and what my process is for buying and doesn’t waste anyone’s time. On top of it all, Amber has a great personality and makes buying real estate fun.

Amber was great to work with, very responsive and she did exactly what she said she would, which was to work with us to find a buyer for our home. This includes great advice on positioning the house for the ideal buyer.

Amber was introduced to us by my best friend who also bought their home with her. This was our first home purchase and there was quite a lot of un knowns that we had to navigate through. Not only was Amber patient with us, but she was also thoughtful and listened to all of our needs. She was very good at picking what we liked and didn’t like within a few showings and soon narrowed down the “must see” homes for us. She made the home buying processes stress free and helped us with our home inspection as well. She was always great at getting back to us and always stayed in touch with us throughout the process. I can honestly say she never made us feel rushed which I have heard many agents do. Amber really wanted us to find our home that made us happy. I will strongly recommend any to work with her as she has a wonderful personality that puts people at ease. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful time, but the positive and energetic personality Amber has helped us get through the process stress free. Thank you Amber for everything you did for us ..

What can I say? Amber from the beginning was not only helpful but consistently went far beyond her core role as an agent, from recommending and dealing with a staging company and handyman, lending some of her own air purifiers and artificial flowers, and generally dealing with me in a very patient and optimistic way, even though this could be called a challenging sale. Not once did I have to wait for more than a few minutes before she responded to any of my numerous inquiries, and in a difficult and uncertain time relied upon her expertise to sell this house. Not only that, but outside of this sale she has provided valuable real estate advice to me many times. Her professionalism, warmth and charm don't hurt either. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Amber as an agent.

Amber was endlessly helpful and knowledgeable while we searched for a home. During the purchase process, Amber made the process smooth and answered all of our questions. We feel very fortunate to have worked with Amber!

As a single mom I was worried about buying a home on my own. Amber was patient and continued to show me homes and never gave up.  She made me feel comfortable in the buying process and was super knowledgeable about important structures of the homes.  I can’t say enough about Amber!  I truly trust her and would highly recommend her as a valuable and resourceful real estate agent to everyone I know!

Amber was recommended to us by a couple who are really good friends of ours. They had nothing but positive comments to say about her. We are so grateful to have had Amber as our agent. Being a first-time home buyer can be quite overwhelming but she's been very efficient & helpful in making the process easier for us. We see how passionate she is in what she does. It shows by how knowledgeable & professional she is. Amber gives off a positive energy that makes you feel very comfortable. An honest agent who goes above & beyond. We will definitely recommend her to our family & friends! -Michael & Ashley

We had been looking for a home in Riverview on and off for years without any luck. Within hours of connecting with Amber, we were put at ease and felt taken care of. Amber had tons of information on homes coming to market, which really helped us strategize and prepare as we navigated a bidding war in a seller’s market. We are so incredibly indebted to Amber for her help and support along the way. We get the keys to our dream home next week and we couldn’t be more grateful!!

Amber provided stellar service throughout our house search. When we found our home, her advice was really great and led to us getting the winning bid in a very competitive market.

Amber helped my buy my first home! She taught me a lot about buying and what to look for in a home when buying. She was always patient and never pushed me on any property. Amber always had my best interest in mind and I would work with her again in the future. I would highly recommend her to family, friends, and even strangers!

Amber sold my condo in 5 weeks, while it sat on the market previously with other agents (with not one showing). Her videos, pictures, and marketing sold it! AMAZING service!

Words cannot sufficiently describe how helpful Amber was in helping us find our first home in Winnipeg. She sailed us through some rough waters during a the height of a pandemic, somehow maintaining a smile and an incredible sense of humour through it all. After offering on six houses, we wound up with our dream home - just as she said we would. A little patience goes a long way, and Amber has it in spades! She ensured that we ended up with a house that suited us, and was an absolute dream with our busy toddler during the process! We would use her again in a heartbeat, and will be sending friends and family her way for many years to come.

I really enjoyed working with Amber. She was professional, prompt and pleasant throughout the transaction. She listened to my requirements and acted in my best interest. I felt she was honest in her assessment of properties and did not push an agenda. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. Thank you so much Amber!

I was looking for a rental property for a few months with Amber and she was very helpful and patient in helping me find my first rental property. Also my second a few months later. She was very knowledgeable about the Winnipeg market. I found her honest and helpful on our evaluation of houses and condos as she tried to find the best fit for me.

Amber understood what we were looking for in a home and helped us find the perfect one! She is both professional and personable and we felt very comfortable working with her. Not only did she help us find our home, she also walked us through the steps to close the sale and ensure we had all the necessary information for first-time homebuyers. She is patient and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Amber is friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable. She is really nice to work with, and we never felt pressured by her. We highly recommend this agent for anyone looking to buy a home!

Amber is very professional and at the same time was considerate of our needs for showing the house. She communicated very well with us each step of the process.

By far the best Agent we could have ever had sell our home. Amber went above and beyond what I think the average agent would do to help us sell our “Unique” home. Extremely professional and very easy to communicate with all the time!! So grateful for Amber!!!

Amber is very professional and was there for us during and after buying and selling a house. Very attentive and responses very quickly. She helped us stage our home and it was a great help! I would recommend her 100 percent!

Amber’s knowledge of the market area, her professionalism and eagerness to educate the client on what works best to sell a home had us at the start. We are so glad to have listed with Amber, especially during the beginnings of the covid outbreak.

Amber helped us sell our unique home in st. Malo. We knew she was the right choice when we saw some of her walk through videos. We received so many compliments on the video of our property/house. Ambers spunk, warmth and enthusiasm shine. Thanks for being part of our journey Amber! Dan and Jen

We were very impressed with Amber’s personality and sales ability in the sale of our condo at #30, one snow street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. During this virus epidemic, we feel very fortunate for the short period of time to sell our unique residence. Amber has the personality and sales ability to play a huge part in your sales team. We highly recommend her             Very satisfied customers.

We were incredibly lucky to be refered to Amber when we purchased our first home. Her patience, knowledge, and trustworthiness ensured this entire experience was as enjoyable and stress-free as humanly possible. Even when we struggled to fully decide on what our family was looking for, Amber's professionalism and thoroughness secured our perfect home.

Amber is an incredible agent - she's efficient, knowledgeable and professional. As first time home buyers, the amount of information and the whole process became quickly overwhelming but Amber made it all so easy to navigate. You're in good hands with her as your agent! Will definitely recommend her to our friends and family looking to buy or sell in the future.

Amber is an excellent and professional agent. She was always positive, quick to respond to questions, very capable and connected. She brought multiple showings to our house and sold our house. I would highly recommend her!

We were in the process of buying our first home and Amber was recommended to us. We didn't know much about home buying and she was very helpful in settling our nerves and stresses about what needed to be done. She was super friendly and personable throughout the whole process and didn't give up in finding us a house. We are in love with the house we found and it was all thanks to Amber and her skills as an agent. Would definitely recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell a home.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Amber. She was honest and straightforward with us throughout the process. Her advice helped us to sell our starter home property quickly, and purchase our forever home in our preferred neighbourhood. I highly recommend Amber to friends and family.

Amber is an example of someone who truly loves her job as you cannot do a job like real estate without being passionate. She is extremely detailed, service oriented and well respected within the real estate industry. Everyone knows Amber and all have positive feedback about her professionalism and expertise within her industry. Plus she throws awesome client appreciation parties, last one I attended was at the zoo and I can still see my baby girl being amazed by the polar bears swimming underwater!!!

Amber is knowledgeable, reliable, and enthusiastic about finding you a home you'll love. She was able to secure an above-listing offer for our first home and then serendipitously found us the private sale opportunity. She is friendly and approachable and a joy to work with.

Amber was supportive, efficient, straightforward and positive through the sale of my brother's house following his death. We were juggling so many things and Amber took this big one off our hands. Quickly and quietly she worked and so very soon the house was sold. She helped us with this huge checkmark on the list of things to do. We would look to Amber with any real estate transaction we have to do in the future.

We were sad that we had to sell our Mum's home after she went into care. It had been the focus of family get togethers for 40 years. It was a very large house with "good bones" but totally a fixer-upper, a big challenge to sell in it's price range and location. Amber took the anxiety out of the whole transaction for us, accepting the challenge and succeeding quickly and spectacularly. And she always had that big smile and support for us. We could not have asked for a more positive experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Amber. She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and all the things you expect from a good real estate agent. But more than that, working with Amber feels like working with an old friend. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home, meeting with us on Sunday afternoons and sending me research emails in the late hours of the night. She had recommendations for every kind of professional in the industry so we had great experiences throughout the whole buying process, and she continues to help and support us even after we’re moved in. Highly recommend!!!

We can only highly recommend Amber as an agent. We started working with her when we were still living abroad. She navigated us through the bitting procedures so well. We felt very well supported at all times! Five stars!!!

Amber is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is very friendly and efficient. She makes the buying or selling of real estate a pleasure. She is very professional and knowledgeable.

Amber was incredible professional. From her careful attention to our needs, too her clear expert grasp of the market and the best strategies to navigate it, she was efficient and endlessly patient for such an important and sometimes stressful process. This made the entire experience very positive and rewarding. Not to mention that she is a wonderful and personable professional to work with and is incredibly good at her job. From the advice on the listing, to the quality of the marketing, Amber is as good as it gets! Thank you Amber for everything!

I have worked with Amber on several properties and her enthusiasm and professional approach always impress me. I look forward to continuing the relationship for future properties.

Amber is great! Been a pleasure to work with and will definitely recommend her to others!!!

Amber helped us buy our new house and sold our old one. She allowed us to come out on top of a bidding war of 11 offers and sold our old house in a week for 40k over asking. We were so pleased with her attentive service. I was really stressed out selling our house and she was always reassuring. She uses unique marketing tools and really goes above and beyond. Would use her again in a heartbeat!

What can be said about Amber except "amazing?" From the moment I stepped into her office, she treated me with respect and interest. I felt that Amber had my best interests at heart. She patiently answered my numerous and naive questions, provided me with expert purchasing advice, and once knowing what my housing goals were, she was not afraid to steer me away from spurious properties. Amber always listened to my concerns and I came to trust her opinions and value her suggestions. When the right property presented itself, Amber employed her extensive bargaining experience to secure an offer that exceeded my expectations. And she was always a text message away if I had questions or concerns, even at the oddest hours. I couldn't be happier with my new home! My home buying experience was made easy by Amber's devotion to helping her clients. At no time did I ever feel unimportant nor question her motives. Amber is genuine, committed, and affable. Her commitment to real estate, the community, and the environment are evident in everything she does. If you value honesty, integrity, knowledge, and a bit of fun in your realtor, look no further than Amber. Thank you, Amber, for everything (especially your proprietary wine)!

Amber is a professional in every sense of the word. She is knowlagable , patient She was the perfect guide for two first time home buyers!

Amber helped to make selling my house a profitable, easy and quick process. She was well prepared, very knowledgeable, organized and thorough. With Amber's guidance my house sold within a week-while I was out of the country! I'll definitely use Amber in the future, and recommend her to others.

Amber is an amazing realtor. She made the entire experience so easy! We were dealing with the sale from out of province and she helped every step of the way. Would definitely recommend her!

Amber was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were both first-time home buyers, and new to Manitoba, so the process of buying a house in a new city was a bit daunting. Amber really took her time with us, showing us around many different neighbourhoods and styles of houses. She never once made us feel like we were being pressured into a sale. She was friendly, warm, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I always felt educated after a showing with Amber. As a rookie buyer, it was initially easy for me to become focused on the aesthetics of a home, but Amber made sure we learned to look for structural issues too. We hope to be in our house for years to come, but in the event we do end up moving, we'll definitely look forward to working with Amber again.

Amber was absolutely amazing! She always made time when I had inquiries and showed me houses until I found the house I love! I would definitely recommend her, shes amazing at her job :)

Amber is an absolutely stellar real estate agent who puts her clients first. Unafraid to tell you the bad in a home as well as the good, she never tried to sell me on a property just to close a sale. I have been more than happy to recommend her to anyone who even mentions buying or selling a home because I know that her all-star treatment will be appreciated by all.

Best ongoing relationship with a Realtor Ever. Amber continues to surpass expectations long after our purchase. She sews the seed to harvest a loyal customer. It doesn’t stop at a sale, Amber maintains her exceptional personal care so you have no choice to make in the future. It’s easy to be loyal to Amber... when I hear someone is house shopping, I always gush about Amber!

As a first time buyer I was all over the place. Amber was patient and helped me realise what my needs were, when initially I had less of a focused idea in that respect. Then she used her magic, aka hard work, to get me exactly what I wanted! She also made the rest of the purchase process easily understandable, and stress free.

Amber is a go-getter and works hard for her clients. We were first-time home buyers and needed a lot of support in the home buying process. Amber was always there when we needed her and quick to respond to emails/texts/phone calls. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we fell in love with a home, our emotions took over. Amber kept us level-headed, and helped us purchase our dream home for much less than the asking price. Aside from working so hard for us and our family, she adds so many personal touches that make working with her a unique and special experience. When we are ready to sell in a few years and move up, Amber will be our first phone call!

Amber is absolutely phenomenal - I didn't know that agents like her exist! She went above and beyond with our house search, from setting us up with a customized online portal so that we could see new listings as soon as they were posted, to intense negotiation with the selling agent. Because of Amber's commitment and tenacity, we got the perfect house for much less than the asking price. She was incredibly quick with answering emails and addressing our questions/concerns throughout the whole process, even after the offer was accepted. She even brought us a care package on our move-in day with locally made eco-friendly products, wine, mugs, and snacks! She also included a bunch of perks and discounts in our final house documents. I would recommend Amber to anyone - she takes a lot of pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

I have not used Amber to sell or buy for me for a few years but she has done both for my family in the last while and they were very pleased with her.
