Do not deal with this woman, She is very unprofessional to deal with and will rip you off at any time. I rented from her and she charged me a lot of repairs from previous tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM HER!!! - Terra

Annie breeches lease agreements on her own terms and fails to keep units up to date with the latest safety requirements. She is very money hungry and tries to charge tenants for things that should not be charged. - Hannah Williamson
