'Gem of a human and a rockstar Realtor' Balraj guided us (my wife and I - first time home buyers) in an 'UNBIASED' manner right from day we walked into his office till we got the place and were ready to move in. I say unbiased because, his core business ethic is 'what's the best for my customers' and in fact even helped us see things objectively when we were being instinctive. This was a HUGE reason why we were able to eventually get our dream house that we can afford and be happy every day after about the decision.
