We used Chris to purchase out first home 3 years ago, and when we were ready to sell and find our forever home, we had no question about who we would be using! Chris is an amazing realtor! We met Chris a few months ago when we had interest in one of his listings which started our process of buying and selling. Chris came to us with a well thought out game plan, and was prepared with a Plan B, since our house had no comparables and was tough to really nail down exactly what would happen. He was very honest with us upfront and did not try to promise what he couldn’t. We were nervous at first about buying a house because we didn't know the first thing about it. Chris walked us through the whole process and made it very easy, within about a month we found our house and the sold sign was up :)..we didn't feel rushed and we knew if we had any questions or concerns then we could just sent a text and get an answer. We are thankful for the process being as easy and affordable as possible.
