When we began looking for a home in Nanaimo I was very sceptical that it would be easy and trouble free. We live in the east and needed to buy condo for our son who was going to VIU because decent rentals in Nanaimo are hard to come by and real expensive and our time to do this was real short. When we started looking at converted storage sheds as living accommodation we gave up. A purchase made the more sense. I left an email for a unit we saw on line and in 30 minutes Denise call me back. We had a long conversation about what we needed and why. I will not go into all the details here because it will take too long, but suffice to say Denise went way over expectations and even I think invented new and better ways to buy a property without seeing it in person, like a personal real time video tour where I could ask questions of what I saw and ask her to look by video closer at anything I saw. It was like I was there. WOW! Yes we did buy and at closing when I came out and I was so pleasantly surprised by what we had bought. It WAS the right place hands down. I can’t recommend Denise enough but by way of this review I will authorise Denise to give my phone number to any party who wants to call and ask me how she did. In short, my opinion is, after having dealt with a half dozen relators in my life, Denise is in a class by herself way beyond all others. She has earned my respect and that is not easy to do! Denise was great to work with Always very timely and had great local knowledge Denise researched the local issues with one strata property that gave us good insight to some bad issues and steered us away.
