Erika Fish

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Erika! From the very beginning, Erika went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home for our family. She was incredibly patient while showing us house after house, always took the time to understand what we were looking for, and made sure our needs were being met every step of the way. What really stood out was how available and responsive she was. No matter what question we had or what came up during the process, Erika was always there to help, explain things, and make us feel confident in our decisions. She made what can be a stressful and overwhelming process feel incredibly smooth and easy. More than anything, it genuinely felt like we had our best friend helping us buy a house. She cared about finding the right home for us, not just making a sale, and that meant so much to our family. We’re so grateful for everything Erika did for us and would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We couldn’t be happier with our new home

Erika was helpful, quick to respond, offered many useful suggestions and most of all gives her honest opinion immediately when viewing homes. Will recommend anytime someone says they are buying a home.

Erika was the perfect realtor for buying a first home. She was extremely accommodating in taking me and my partner to 6-7 listings a day every week, and if she was not available at a time, she ensured a member of her team was. We are very glad we picked her as our first real estate agent, and we would definitely use her again.

This is the second time working with Erika. She is prompt communicator, knowledge and helpful. She delivers above expectations. We appreciated her professionalism and how fun, positive and engaging she has been with us, and how that made her create a great video about our place!

As a first-time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad about the house, and Erika Fish provided her perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making. I truly appreciated their input and relied on it heavily. Before the house buying process, my wife and I were intimidated by the whole process. I remember when we first met Erika at a house, we didn’t know we could afford. We didn’t have any connection to her, just window shopping at that moment. We didn’t know if we should even buy a house because we were worried about our finances. Erika has changed all of that. She realized we didn’t have anyone for advising the mortgage we could afford. She Introduced us to Ryan Jensen at RBC. Once we had our finances in order and a budget to work with, Erika helped us to pursue further. Erika has set us up with daily property updates directly to our email based on the criteria we have provided to her. She promptly responded to us whenever we marked any house as Interested and were ready for viewing the house. Finally, we found our house and Erika was pivotal in negotiating to get the price to what we could afford. All in all, now that we’ve moved in – Erika still helps us with any information we ask of her. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Erika Fish and will recommend her to everyone we know!

In short, Erika was the best Realtor I could have picked. She was amazing, working around the clock before I fly into the city and while I was in location (I moved across the country) to ensure we could make the most of the little time I had available. She was insightful and supportive throughout the search and when I was placing offers. It wasn't my first time buying a house but I still learned so much from her. She continued to go above and beyond after my offer was accepted, after I flew back, and even after I took possession (since I wasn't able to move in right away). I can't recommend Erika enough and I think she's the best.
