As a first-time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad about the house, and Erika Fish provided her perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making. She promptly responded to us whenever we marked any house as Interested and were ready for viewing the house. Finally, we found our house and Erika was pivotal in negotiating to get the price to what we could afford. All in all, now that we’ve moved in – Erika still helps us with any information we ask of her. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Erika Fish and will recommend her to everyone we know!

In short, Erika was the best Realtor I could have picked. She was amazing, working around the clock before I fly into the city and while I was in location (I moved across the country) to ensure we could make the most of the little time I had available. She was insightful and supportive throughout the search and when I was placing offers. It wasn't my first time buying a house but I still learned so much from her. She continued to go above and beyond after my offer was accepted, after I flew back, and even after I took possession (since I wasn't able to move in right away).
