Community plays a big role in my life. I continually like to give back to my community and choose to do so via my Facebook fan page Peter Fourlas – Regina Realtor®. Each month, I choose a charity and through the interaction and involvement of the Facebook community I give a financial contribution to the chosen charity.
As a volunteer I have sat on the Board of Directors of the Association of Regina Realtors (now known as the Saskatchewan Realtors® Association or SRA) and will again. I have sat on the board of directors for SYPE, and The Regina International Fringe Theater Festival as well as a volunteer organizer of TEDx Regina, and a volunteer organizer, volunteer and financial contributor to The Build Love Project. I have and will always support Habitat for Humanity and for over 6 years have contributed my time as well as sponsored an adoption a month at The Humane Society of Regina.
I was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, went to school hear and have spent my life getting to know the people that make this city beautiful and unique. I have worked in sales and as an entrepreneur for over 25 years, and in that time, I have gained knowledge, training, experience which is broad and deep. I have been in Real Estate here as a Regina Realtor® for 15 years and attribute my consultative sales approach as a key factor in my business.

Most recently I have chosen to rest my licence at Sutton Group Results Realty; a national brand that is 100% Canadian. Over the years I have won awards every year, have consistently been a top producing agent and constantly try and help the other agents in the brokerage be the best they can be.

I learned about Peter through a friend who recommended him. Earlier this year we contact him as my mom was looking to downsize and wanted to sell her our and move to an apartment due to her age. We contact him few month prior to list just to understand the process and see if he can offer any advice/suggestions on what we kind of improvements if any we can do to increase the value of the house. He made a few suggestions and as a result we were able to get a better price for the house. From the moment we made the initial contact to the time the sale closed Peter went above and beyond our expectation to help with the sale of the house and answer any questions/concerns my mom had. Her English and understanding of things aren’t the greatest and I remember her contact him day and night as she was thinking of questions.
