BE WARNED!!! He is sly. Ken Ball knows the industry inside out and will use that knowledge AGAINST you. He comes of very professional, friendly, knowledgable but is extremely dishonest. We almost purchased a home with him but after putting in our offer found out the house was 20 years older than he had led us to believe. His excuse afterwards "well, don't worry, older homes are built to last so you're betting off anyways". Worse than a car dealer.
