Our experience with Matt Carter was extremely pleasant and simplistic. Matt’s professionalism, honesty, patience, kindness and knowledge was beyond exceptional. We are both disabled and were very nervous about re-locating from Manitoba, but Matt was so patient, and provided guidance throughout the entire process. He also made himself readily available at various times/days. Even after our purchase, we were overwhelmed, and Matt spoon fed us right to hooking up our utilities etc… He never left our side, even after the lawyer took over, he still followed up to ensure all was well. Due to a family emergency I had to fly back home to BC. When I was there, we decided it was best for me to permanently move back home earlier than expected (6 months early). With everything that was going on with COVID-19 and the costs of flights, I was unable to return home to get my house together and assist Matt with the selling process. Matt went above and beyond my expectations and the normal realtor duties to help get my house presentable to be put on the market. He sold my house in only 3 days for above asking! I would highly recommend anyone to use Matt in their buying or selling process and if I didn't live in BC now I would be using him to buy my new place!
