Omed was incredibly unprofessional. He didn't send any of his documents on time, and on the last day of closing had the audacity to call me, threaten me, call me slurs, and swear at me. He has held up the sale by a week so far. None of the work that was required has been done and I caught him lying about that. I have documentation and recordings of all of it. Would never recommend this man and will be taking legal action. - Rameez Virji

As the Sellers agent, we followed all of our obligations in the contract which is why you were not able to bring forth any legal actions. Your agent Zaher Shivji was representing you as the Buyer on this purchase and it was his job to ensure all of your needs were met.
