Do NOT trust this man. One family I know still had to pay him $50,000 commission for their house even though it did not sell-- the deal fell through in the end but he had added a clause in the multiple page legal document that if the deal fell through he would still get the commission. This man is SLEAZY beyond words and NOT to be trusted. He will lie to your face.
