The buyer that Jolene presented us with was her client.so, she was completely mired in a conflict of interest situation. The deal turned sour and she allowed her client who was in my house under a temporary tenancy agreement to start renovating our house.we finally got paid out but it was a real pain which I am sure could have been avoided if she had just let people who were not her clients make offers. We learned there were at least 4 other groups of people who expressed interest later. It was a greedy move on her part and I would caution anyone from letting their realtor represent both the buyer and seller. - n\a
Jolene was all we could have asked for in a realtor and more. She was always positive, helpful and made us feel comfortable when looking for our house. Feel confident in knowing you made the right choice when you pick up the phone to call her.
