Everything was too much trouble for Debbie. Her response was always either, "I don't know" (and won't find out) or "No, Can't do that". She comes off sleepy and lacks energy and personality. Had to chase her several times on certain matters. Don't know why anyone would ever use her-she relies on listings from Little-Old-Ladies to boost her sales figures.
