VERY FLAKY! Has to constantly be reminded to send off contracts and to communicate with listing agent! She won't take responsibility for her errors - instead she pushes the blame on other involved parties. I wonder if I can switch realtors while under contract...Bottom line - she's not worth the added frustration and aggrivation.
