This lady was extremely un-helpful in my buying attempt. She continously tried to oversell me, even though I gave her a specific price range repeatedly and also tried to convince me I should buy in areas other than what I had specified (at a higher price of course), completely un-professional. She did not appear to be knowledgeable for someone who has been in real estate in Edmonton for so long. I am convinced she was trying to take advantage of me as a first time home buyer. Fortunately I had done my own research first, otherwise I would have paid way to much and ended up with a property in a lesser area.
