Laurel was terrible with us. From day one, she pushed us to build, always taking us to model homes (from the same builder-she clearly receives some sort of commission from them). We told her constantly we did not want to build. She left for vacation for a month when we needed her most, so we dealt with other agents instead. Once our house sold, no thanks to her, she never contacted us again. We were very unimportant to her. Not a card of congratulations or even a good luck phone call on the day of the move. We were very disappointed with her, overall.
