Do not trust Erica Gazares. She is a liar. I was trying to buy a short sale that Erica Gazares listed. The seller signed and accepted my offer. I was told that my offer was the only offer the seller accepted and presented to the bank. One of the mortgagees approved my offer. While waiting for the second mortgagee's approval, Erica Gazares accepted another buyer's offer. I was never told that I was competing with any new buyers. She is totally unethical and you do not want to work with her.
