What a bad real estate agent. We gave him a very easy sale (only took 2 days of his time), and the guy doesn't even offer us a bottle of water while we're with him. No help, no courtesy during any negotiations, and what was most shocking, is that he cut ALL contact before the house was even ours. No phone call, no gifts, no "Hey, how is the house, everything ok?" Ridiculous. As soon as he felt his commission, we never heard from him again. Left us feeling like we were used. We'll never work with him, or his company Keller Williams, again in the future.
