Louisa Martin patiently showed us so many Toronto houses and areas. We are from out of town, so we were not sure where in Toronto we wanted to live/ what sort of Toronto condo/house we wanted at first. Victor Martin Real Estate is a great little boutique firm - they take a lot of care to showcase Toronto properties and neighbourhoods to overseas clients (we were picked up from the airport on one occasion!).
