This guy NEVER answers his phone, Never gets back to you and expects the owners to show the house to the buyers agent. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS GUY !!! Key was missing from lock box and he never followed up with it to find out why. Did I say he NEVER answered the phone. We had to call his office manager and tell him we were sending through an offer before he called back. We decided not to deal with him or his client :( If that's the way he acts then why would I want to close a deal with him and award him something he did not earn. RUN FAST AWAY FROM THIS GUY !!!!
