Would never hire him again, or recommend him. He was all for the buyer, not me..his client, the seller. He bullied us and put down our house. He thought a low ball offer on our house was great and encouraged us to take it. He was angry at us for trying to get more in the negotiations. He had no respect for us, he is very charming before the listing contract is signed...after that, he was terrible to work with.
