Lots of empty promises, we had tons of lookers but did not hear from him for weeks, waiting to close was the most unprofessional joke I should have given him the axe before he got the commision. Horrible horrible horrible! And now I am getting hit with a surprise tax bill, I think I will be getting a lawyer.
