We were absolutely appalled by Helmut's professionalism. He told us (the buyers) that there was a $7000 roof levy on the property we wanted to purchase from his sellers. We put in an offer for a purchase with an additional clause saying the sellers were to pay the roof levy in full. He knew all along, we were asking for the $7000 levy to be paid and he simultaneously found a loophole for the sellers to only pay $2250 and told them they wouldn't have to pay anything more than that. The result is that he is now walking away with his full commission from making the sale and we are left to battle it out in court with the sellers. Now he is blatently lying and saying he never said the levy was $7000. It is absolutely disgusting that he is allowed to get away with this unethical deceitful behavior and I will tell anyone who will listen, DO NOT BUY OR SELL A CONDO FROM HELMUT. YOU CANNOT TRUST HIM!!!!!!!!!!!
