I've recently begun looking for my 1st rental property. After my 1st agent proved to be incredibly lazy and uninterested I was referred to Chris by a friend that's used him previously. I don't throw out comments without merit and this agent deserves it. He's done nothing but keep in constant contact with me, give me some very good advice and has never once been pushing me to buy anything. For only 5 yrs in the business he's quite "switched on" I like to say...no ego, no bs just a straight up hard worker...and I'm buying properties in the 120 to 140k range so he's not doing it to get rich off because the % for him won't be that great...give this guy a call, I can't believe for a second you'd be disappointed...
