Alan talked us into lowering our price under property value (our house is a beautiful custom one in an area that is selling over property value) and once he got our listing I didn't hear from him for about a month, I found out he had not listed on popular sites about 2 months in (that I specifically asked him to) and he doesn't even show up for viewings - still uses a lock box. He gave the impression of a very lazy possibly semi- retired person. His son is a much better realtor I think but they come as a team.
