Worst experience ever!! And they were a referral!! Started off super friendly, answered calls & texts immediate when we were selling & looking for a place. Made extra efforts even on late winter nights. In end we sold our house in 2 days with several offers all over asking price. The house needed absolutely nothing done to it to stage as we kept it in showroom condition. Promised "High quality" sales brochures / fact sheets for open house & guests and ended up with black & white copies on cheap paper. After close, never called, answered phone etc. Took money and ran! After selling they took commission. No thanks, No closing gift, No Congrats, No follow up to see how we settled into new place. Even took an extra $100 off us without hesitating for a small trip they had to do to pick up some papers as we couldn't get to lawyers office before closing time.

Reply: It’s unfortunate that you feel so unsatisfied….Selling your home in 2 days well over your expectation sounds like a fairly positive result. The brochures were in process but the home sold to quickly to get them completed. The black and white copies are the quickest way to give information to buyers coming through. I would have gladly printed you a few if you wanted a keep sake. The $100 charge was from the solicitor not from us. I believe the main reason you were unhappy was due to the fact that you had to pay HST on the fees. Up until that conversation things were very good and you seemed quite happy with the result of your sale. Unfortunately Taxes are out of our control. Regardless it was our pleasure being of service.
