Ed Dale Sr Review

Only positive was the photographer. Sold for much less than initial sale price.

Reply: The photographer was awesome! Other than that, the worst real estate experience I have ever had was with Ed Dale and "Junior Dale" Ours also sold for much less but Ed comes in with comparative analysis which is not comparative at all. Lowballs in order to move quickly and collect commission for his lazy work. Reply: If the comparative analysis was "low" in your opinion and it sold for even less, wouldn't that be a reflection of the market itself being poor, not your agent "low balling" you? I think we have a troll here. Reply: what's a troll Ed?
