Mercina did a great job of helping us with our first home purchase so when we were ready to make a move we called her once more. We wanted a newer home and had specific ideas of what we needed it to include. We quickly realized that it would be difficult to find the home we wanted within our time frame but before we could become discouraged Mercina introduce us to an excellent builder and suggested we discuss a custom built home. It was the perfect solution. We got everything we wanted and actually a bit more!
