Where should I start with this guy, professionalism doesn't matter with this guy. Some times during our conversation I wonder if he should be licensed to sell. All he cares is his cut of the money, if you want help from him your better asking someone else. Do not hire him to help you do any restoring of your house. He will leave it for his "stay at home guitar playing son" to finish the job leaving you with a headache and over charged bill. All in all a real unethical/unprofessional man in the industry and should retire. .5/10 if there was a star rating.
