After six months of not being able to sell our rental in Alhambra under the care of another agent, we switched to Ken (aka. Ke) . Ken's can-do spirit and hands-on approach were exactly what we needed as remote property owners (we live in N. Cal). At first, Ken helped me coordinate the contractor to make improvements to the units; where the contractor and I had disagreement , Ken would act as the mediator to smooth things out. I left the property completely in Ken's hands just before the improvements were all done. Within days after I left the property was back on the market and in a week we had identified the buyer and the whole transaction was wrapped up in a month. During the short time that I interfaced with Ken, I found him to be professional; his mild temper, demeanor, attention to details, and thoughtfulness are all attributes of a good realtor. Over the phone he would, numerous times, tell me "not to worry; I'll take care of it...it's part of my job..."; this always had a comforting effect.
