Scott is too busy with his buying clients to show his own listings. Do not use him to sell your property because he uses his listings only to find future buyers. His family obligations result in you having to work around his busy schedule & it will be up to you to be available only when he is (including during the business day if you are employed). He also feels that 1 month of looking for a property in Calgary's market is too long for you to be a valued serious buyer. Find an agent who will work with you and not only when it suits him!
