Do not enter into a sales or purchase agreement with this woman. She has a "My way or the highway" approach to selling your home. We were in a hot market and she made something so easy very difficult. She marches to her own plan, the one she's been using for too long and will not deviate from it. No matter what you say, she has a better answer and plan. We asked our neighbors to attend our broker tour and open houses. She apologized for how our house looked and said we were selling because one of us had last our job and could not afford the home any longer(which was not true). This was my fifth home sale experience. All my other home sales were pleasurable and the agents were awesome. This was comparable to eating mud. Thank goodness we had a good buyer and buying agent.
