Horrible experience!!! Found out after that she's declared bankruptcy twice and was sued by CMHC for fraud. Be smarter than me...Don't walk from her- RUN!

Reply: Benita Pashko is one of the hardest working realtors I know. She is very passionate and caring. All her clients love her. She can sell houses other realtors can't. I had two clients looking for referrals. I recommended both to Benita. One went to her and one went somewhere else. Benita's sold the condo in less than six weeks in a tight market; the other client that went somewhere else, has a six month wait before her house sold. She actually tried going back to Benita but her listing contract prevented that from happening. If you need you house sold, Benita will get it done. I am sorry you felt this way, however if any of my clients are unhappy, I am always open for discussion and resolve in a professional manner. Also, in terms of my personal bankruptcy that is personal and has many reasons as to why I had to file. It does not reflect on my ability to be a great Real Estate Agent. As for your claim regarding being sued by CMHC, that is completely false. I was never charged, just investigated around the same time of my bankruptcy post the 2008 Financial Market fallout as I owned several homes and had mortgages on each of those.
