Was arrogant, sexist, and had no respect for us - the world of real estate is apparently far too complex for our over-educated little brains. He was only interested in us paying far too much for our new property and accepting as a little as possible for our property. His marketing was embarrassing and probably hurt our sale prospects. He can't take criticism, and he refused to work with us when we asked about how he assesses property value.
