I would not use him again we had a difference in the price of 2400.00 dollars between what I wanted and what the client was willing to pay. All three of us agreed to share the difference the purchaser, the vendor and Norm we each agreed to take 800.00 less to make up the difference. So when the full commission was paid to norm he was to give me 800.00 back. When I confronted him with this he never gave me my end of the money. He just promises conditions to close the deal but he never honors those promises. He is a real scam artist.
