He was truely awful!! He said he didn't believe in open houses because they didn't work. He didn't even put my house in the MLS listings for 2 weeks after we signed with him. He said that his website sells houses. To me it seemed he didn't want to put any effort into the sale, but wanted his $30 000 commission from the house. My son read the contract I signed and there was a clause in there that stated that if I felt he wasn't doing an satisfactory job trying to sell my house, I could terminate the contract with written notice and no penalty. Keep an eye out for that clause as it may save you some grief
