HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH AGENT AND THEN BROKER!!!! Jody Siani was unprofessional from the start. When I spoke to her after she brought the couple who had found our house on zillow, she explained to me that I would never get my asking price, since we were surrounded by "knock down houses". Who says that, but a very unsophisticated person! after bumbling two offers, yes she misunderstood what her clients were offering, the deal was dead. Only after my husband and I reached out to the buyers and finished all final negotation ourselves. But this isn't the end of it... Jody sent in the incorrect commission amount to the title company, $3100 less then she should have gotten. She sat through the closing, collected her check. The next day her broker Peter LaBriola realized she had made "a huge" mistake, in Jody's words. We have asked to set up payment plan, but Peter feels it's more productive to go after the other broker, who did everything correctly for the monies. This broker is a joke, just goes to prove, anyone can be an agent. Peter has not apolized for his inadequate, rude employee... he has not reached out to accept payment.DO NOT GO TO KELLER AND WILLIAMS/ DO NOT USE JODY...
