Cindy is very misleading, bordering on fraudulent misrepresentation. She uses scare tactics and false information to try and coerce a sale. She tried to lead a client to believe that, even though the conditions of the offer were expired, that they would still be held to the sale. The unwitting client was forced to expend unnecessary expense for a lawyer to find out that this was absolutely false. when confronted with the information, Cindy Walker glossed over the severity of the matter and made light of it.
