Marianne Hattton made buying my house from HER sellers a nightmare. She didn't complete the required tasks that were agreed upon in the initial contract for closing. When my agent contacted her multiple times to make sure that all the items were completed, she copped and attitude with her and STILL had nothing completed when the deadline was initally 30 days PRIO to closing. It is now the day that we are supposed to be closing and moving in and she still has not done what she was told needed to be done. She took 3 weeks off to go out of town, delaying the process. She, in my opinion, took advantage of the fact that her sellers lived out of town and therefore selling their house was not a priority to her like it should have been. I do not recommend using her at all and if you find out she is the selling agent to a property you about to purchase, beware!
