This man is the a liar. I caught him multiple times going back on his word. He'll sell you that he will sell your house and then drop off the face of the earth. He wants and easy sell so he underbids your house. Terrible agent.

Reply: Sadly this was my experience as well. Beware, he sells himself and makes a lot of promises until you sign that contract. Then it becomes painfully obvious he just doesn't care.
