I think Marko lists too many places and doesn't have time for each one. We had to remind him to do many simple things (put up a lawn sign, pick up the contract), he booked a showing without telling us, and he showed up late for an open house, only to discover another agent hadn't returned our keys to his office the day before. He refused to take responsibility for any of his errors. Friends have successfully used to him to buy a place - I just wouldn't recommend him as a seller's agent.

Sorry you didn't have a great experience, but I would like to clarify a few events.
i/ Your strata corporation required custom made hanging signs which needed to be ordered (hence the delay).
ii/ What you refer to as in "the contract" was something called an "authority to sign," on your behalf which was filled out in the event you received an offer while you were out of town. We never received an offer; therefore, I did not have a need to pick it up from your condo.
iii/ Yes, I screwed up a showing time. I took full responsibility for it and the potential buyers came back another time to take a look at the condo.
iv/ The realtor showing your condo the day before the open house simply did not return the keys to the lockbox (not my office). He forgot them in his car, this is really beyond my control. We ran the open house the following weekend as a result.
Thanks, Marko
