Has the lowest commission rates, then proceeds to low ball your property for quick sell. Rude, disrespectful, works as little a possible for the sale.

Reply: Sorry not sure who this client is, I can only assume its a 'hater' If you had spoke with me instead of being unanimous I am sure we would have worked something out! Reply: I would love to follow up and address these concerns more directly, but unfortunately the anonymity of the comment makes this impossible. Several other clients of mine have left non-anonymous reviews, which adds to their credibility as a reviewer and mine as an agent. Anyone with valid concerns should not have a reason to stay hidden.
