She just makes false promises. Her aim is to list your condo/home to avoid it being sold through other agents and eventually you will be forced to sell for a price much lower than your expectations or sell it through another agent but pay her commission as well since you have a contract with her. I would recommend you to avoid her at any cost. Wish I had seen such a review prior to my engagement which cost me lots of money and valuable time.
